Endroit très chaleureux, avec ses boiseries, & l'ambiance feutrée. Service courtois & adéquatement rapide. De bon & beaux produits avec une vibe de petit café/brûlerie locale.
I love this cafe because their coffee never disappoints. It also has the only decaf beans I like. Service is always great, but for me it's the coffee. Quality beans makes quality coffee & Faro has it!
Très mauvais service aujourd'hui à 5PM de la part d'une employée. Je n'ai jamais vu ça. Je demande quel est la nouvelle boisson affichée dehors, elle me répond bêtement qu'elle n'a pas ça, & qu'elle ne sait pas les « nouvelles affaires », car elle revient de vacance. Elle échappe une assiette, ce qui est correct, mais elle soupire comme si elle est au bout de sa vie, elle lance tout le matériel comme si elle s'en fout .... Sinon le café est tranquille & beau. Juste le service ... elle a également fermé à 6h un jeudi alors que l'horaire sur internet dit que ça ferme à 7h

Good drinks, great ambiance, the girl working there tonight was really nice, I showed up not long before she closed but she still offered great service & made my experience there quite pleasant, overall excellent service, very understanding employee
Je met 4 etoiles parce que fait plusieurs fois j'arrives sur une porte barrée vers 18h15 alors que le Faro est supposé fermer à 19h. Sinon le café & la nourriture sont toujours bon, le service sur place aussi mais les horaires ne sont pas respectées, ce qui est parfois frustrant quand tu crave un bon latte glacé aha 🥲
Excellent café, le meilleur du coin! La seule critique vraiment pour moi c'est que je trouve trop souvent la musique inapropriée pour les lieux: souvent du rap vulgaire ou même une fois du heavy metal........ moi ça me donne souvent envie de partir ou prendre pour emporter..
Visited 4 times over two days around the'24 eclipse. The espresso was excellent, the breakfast pastries & lunch quiche were delicious, but the best part was the staff: friendly, kind, helpful & just a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't tip them enough & can't say enough about the four young folks I engaged with over those two days. If not for the total eclipse of the sun, kind of spectacular, my time at Faro Lennoxville would have been the highlight of my trip! Thank you, Faro Lennoxville!
