Ce soir je suis allé voir les Silverstone au Vintage 5080 & l'ambiance était superbe tout comme le service.Si vous voulez bien manger allez y.

Cute little spot! It took us a few drive by's to find parking but it is what it is. Our server was so lovely & fun, the menu has a good range of options & offers classics that really fit the diner vibe. Only a star short because the portions were on the smaller side, but this could also be a pro when it comes to cutting on food waste. Has a small terrace as well.

Très belle découverte! Nous y sommes allés un dimanche midi & il n'y avait presque personne, donc le service a été super rapide. L'ambiance est vraiment réussie, avec une décoration digne d'un vrai diner américain des années 50. On s'y sent tout de suite bien.

J'ai pris le burger Obélix & il était excellent. Les frites étaient aussi vraiment délicieuses, bien croustillantes & généreuses.

Petit bémol pour les nachos. Il n'y avait vraiment pas assez de fromage à mon goût & ils étaient beaucoup plus épicés que prévu. Ce serait bien que ce soit indiqué sur le menu. J'aimerais aussi les voir un peu plus décadents, avec davantage de garnitures, même si ça veut dire augmenter légèrement le prix.

Mis à part ce détail, tout le reste était impeccable. Une excellente adresse à Sherbrooke que je recommande sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons!

J'étais de passage à Sherbrooke dans le cadre de mon travail & je suis tombée sur ce restaurant par hasard. Les frites maison font clairement partie des meilleures frites que j'aie jamais mangées (& je suis belge !)
La serveuse, qui avait l'air d'être la patronne, était très sympathique d'ailleurs, merci pour votre accueil :)

Un voyage spatio-temporel. La traversée du resto vers la terrasse, sur fond de karaoké, s't'ait comme passer dans le meilleur bar de région dans les années 2000, & y'a rien de péjoratif là dedans. Service extra sympathique & bonne bouffe, que des produits locaux. A+ !!
