Came in for a quick lunch, enjoyed the variety (savory crepe, poke/burrito bowls), & spacious interior + seating. Good value for fresh food & a break from walking around
Cold & rainy outside so we were looking for a warm place & a coffee. Had their salmon Poke bowl...really good. The cappuccino was also good & hit the spot. The cashier really made it a place we will come back to.
Customizable bowls with fresh ingredients. I took a bulgur base with chicken, 6 toppings included. Everything was fresh & tasty. They also have burgers, poutine, smoothie bowls, poke bowls, burrito bowls & crêpes! The prices are fair. I'll be back for more!
The food is really delicious! I tried the burger with fries & the poke bowl-once with raw salmon & once with cooked salmon, & everything was just amazing! I think it just proves why I keep coming back. The service is excellent; the staff is so friendly & always greets with a smile. Even when I bought a combo with a drink & forgot to take it, one of the employees reminded me to grab it. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend this place to both locals & tourists, especially if they're looking for a great spot to eat in Old Montreal! Their poke bowl is exquisite, & the service is excellent thanks to the friendly & competent staff.
Good spot for a quick healthy bite in the Old Port. LOVED the savory crepe Lac Brome (duck & hollandaise sauce) as well as the sweet crepe. You can also DIY your own poke bowl or burrito bowl with your favorite ingredients! Everything is fresh & good quality. It's also a good spot in you want to chill. It's comfortable & relaxing.
Nous avons commandé 2 Poké Bowls tataki de saumon : les plats étaient excellents & les conseils de la serveuse nous ont été très utiles. Endroit chaleureux & accueil convivial, nous recommandons les yeux fermés 🍚
