Yummy, creative vegan sushi. I couldn't choose, so I ordered omakase. The miso soup was good with umami flavor. The crispy gyoza were a little plain tasting (I wouldn't order again). The sushi was delicious. Good textures & flavors. The vegan salmon was eerily good with the right color & marbling & texture as real salmon. The staff were friendly & attentive. Dinner was a splurge but it's worth it.
Ben là, Bloom, c'est pas juste un resto, c'est un maudit trip sous acide version légumes. Tu penses que les carottes c'est plate ? Eh ben, ici, c'est comme si t'avais mis tes papilles sur le party bus des saveurs. Les sushis à la betterave, c'est quoi cette affaire-là ? C'est comme si t'avais pris une claque derrière la tête pis tu te retrouves à dire'Tabarnak, j'ai manqué ça toute ma vie ?' Pis là, le riz croustillant... Attache ta tuque. Ça te pète dans la bouche comme un pétard du Nouvel An. Tu croques là-dedans pis t'as l'impression d'entendre l'orchestre symphonique dans ta tête. C'est le genre de croquant qui te fait regretter d'avoir jamais appelé du riz'juste du riz.' Là, tu vis une révolution dans ton assiette. Pis ces champignons ! Ils les ont pas juste poêlés, ils les ont carrément envoûtés. T'en manges pis c'est comme si t'avais une tempête de saveurs qui te passe dessus. T'as l'impression qu'ils ont fait des incantations pour que chaque bouchée soit un trip mystique. Une bouchée & tu te dis'Bon, ben c'est ça, je suis en train de vivre la réincarnation culinaire.' Merci, Bloom, de m'avoir fait voir que les sushis sans poisson pouvaient me botter le derrière comme ça. Je suis ressorti de là, les yeux dans l'eau, en me disant que la vie, c'est p't'être pas juste un gros steak saignant. Mais attention, là, ça veut pas dire que je vais commencer à brouter l'herbe du voisin comme un mouton non plus. Faque oublie les buffets cheap à volonté. Chaque bouchée ici, c'est un orgasme végétal qui te fait friser les oreilles ! Alors merci Bloom, t'as réussi à me faire triper sur les légumes... mais on va pas virer fou. Les légumes, c'est juste bon dans l'assiette, t'sais.
Very nice place for tasting sushi ... was a surprise when we were told there was only vegan sushi ... but excellent experience & very tasty ! i recommend this restaurant for sure ! service was great !
A fusion Japanese sushi. We like it. Many types of sushi to try. Hard to get a table around this area, especially if we have more than 4 people. Service is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. We sit on the outdoor table which is nice, not too crowded. Food comes quickly & yummy. Many tasty sushi rolls. We will come back
I am not vegan & when I saw pictures of the place I was surprised that they have salmon sashimi & sushi. It look so similar but also taste so good! The food is really nice & so well decorated:)

My husband & I were craving sushi, & were at first disappointed when we realized this was a vegan only sushi place (my husband actually wanted to leave when he found out). Luckily for us we decided to stay, as this was top five of all our sushi experiences - ever! Being two fish-sushi lovers, we were amazed how little we missed the fish (none) because the rolls were amazing! Highly recommend this place.
My second visit to Sushi Bloom, & once again, I am utterly impressed. We opted for the'omakase' & were treated to an extraordinary dining experience. The miso soup was simply exquisite-rich in flavor & perfectly balanced. The gyozas were a delightful combination of crispiness & tenderness. & the sushi-each piece was a masterpiece, crafted with impeccable care & precision.

Lovely spot for vegan sushi. Most of the rolls are very good. Some are less tasty than others. The matcha ice cream was good aside from some bits of ice, & the brownie was tasty, but the hot coulis the plate was lathered with was too tart. The waitress was great.
This restaurant was amazing. The best vegan sushi I have ever had in my life. The waiter was adorable & explained every dish that I ordered. Highly recommend this restaurant when you visit Montreal.
Je recommande fortement d'y aller !! Très bon sushi avec un personnel très poli & serviable & ambiance très décontractée j'ai adorer personnellement mon expérience & j'espère y revenir très vite !!
