I came with my family & none of us is vegan. The food is great! I loved the gyozas & the sushi is so well made you don't even notice its vegan. I'd absolutely recommend it, great experience!

Bloom Sushi completely exceeded my expectations. The restaurant has a calm, stylish atmosphere, & the view over the lively streets of downtown Montreal adds something special to the experience. Every dish looked like a work of art, but the flavors were even better.

The menu is inspired by Japanese cuisine & proves that vegan or plant-based sushi can be just as exciting as traditional sushi. The crispy rice, dragon roll, & truffle mushroom creations were the highlights of my meal-fresh, creative, & full of flavor.

The staff were welcoming, attentive, & happy to explain the menu. From the presentation to the ambiance, everything felt thoughtfully put together. Bloom Sushi is a place I'll happily return to & recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable Japanese-inspired dining experience.

We got incredibly lucky & managed to get a table without a reservation on one of the busiest nights of the year as Angine de Poitrine were playing at the Jazz Fest. Despite the crowd, the entire experience was outstanding.

The staff were exceptionally attentive & welcoming, making us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Instead of overthinking the menu, we asked our server to recommend a selection of sushi & it was the best decision we could have made. Every piece was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared.

From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. If you're thinking about going, don't hesitate, just go for it & thank me later.

I had an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally & with great attention to detail. The service exceeded my expectations, & you can really tell they care about their customers & the quality of their work. We had the tasting menu for two & for 1 since we were three people. The variety of the sushi platter was so amazing!! Definitely recommend getting a platter. The restaurant is also gorgeous & the service was so great!
