We had the tasting menu for two & for 1 since we were three people. The variety of the sushi platter was so amazing!! Definitely recommend getting a platter. The restaurant is also gorgeous & the service was so great!

New years eve dinner. The staff was welcoming & gave us a good description of the menu. Only 1 menu for the special event, each serviced came in fast, very good food. I definitely want to come back to try their normal menu. I recommend! Plus, its 100% vegan, which you could not guess if you dont know. See you soon bloom sushi!
Bloom Sushi is an absolute standout. Every dish was incredibly unique & packed with bold, well-balanced flavors you can really tell how much creativity & care goes into the menu. Nothing felt repetitive, & each bite was exciting in its own way.
The staff were just as impressive knowledgeable, polite, & genuinely passionate about the food. They were happy to explain dishes & offer recommendations, which made the experience even better.
All around exceptional experience & definitely recommend.

Une délicieuse découverte avec un service impeccable assurée par Maria ! Le menu du midi était parfait à tous les niveaux je recommande vivement ce restaurant autant pour la déco raffinée que pour les saveurs inédites !
Excellent restaurant de sushis végétaliens! Tout était délicieux, autant les sushis que les entrées - pleins de saveurs, frais & bien présentés. Le service était attentionné & vraiment agréable. Une superbe découverte que je recommande sans hésiter!
Pretty interior, comfortable cozy atmosphere. Food is delicious & wonderfully presented. You can tell that whoever is behind the menu is very knowledgeable, creative, & talented. Service was warm & welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Vegan sushi is a hard thing to pull off but bloom does it with ease. If you get the service menu, you will leave happy, full, & satisfied.
I know this is something people always say but i genuinely did not taste the difference when they had mock salmon rolls. I also loved the fried dumplings & soup. Fresh ingredients & unique flavours.
It doesn't get too crowded but I would still recommend a reservation. The restaurant is also very well decored & the tone is so warm & inviting.
We showed up with a large group after accidentally creating a reservation at the Quebec City location but they were super understanding & was about to find some tables for us even though it was packed with two large festivals going on. The food was amazing & my meat eating family were super impressed with the whole experience. Can't recommend this place enough

This vegan sushi place was great! The flavours were delicious, & the service was good. I would recommend making reservations, though, as it can get busy.
absolutely recommend! this really was all around a great experience.
we shared the tasting menu & our server was wonderful & very informative of the meal, the sushi was so flavourful & hard to believe it was vegan. i had the margarita & it was perfect! we ended the meal with the brownie & rhubarb sauce, which had wonderful texture & flavour!
on top of all this, the restaurant has a beautiful ambiance!!

Insane experience! Right off the bat, the restaurant is gorgeous, the service is super kind & the food is delicious! I was recommended by a vegan friend & it did not disappoint!! Amazing flavours, that left us wondering how they did it. We also were both full after the dinner! I'll definitely be back!
