Downtown Montreal is home to a brand new occupant, and we’re here to have a good time. A social lounge, an artisan bar and a modern bistro, Bivouac provides an urban and boreal gastronomic experience to all who pass through its doors.

Here, the objective is simple: to introduce guests to a whole new world of tastes and sensations. Taking advantage of the best that the Quebec region and its artisans have to offer.

Bivouac is where guests can get away from the chaos of city life to explore, share and enjoy the quintessence of our nature, all during a meal.

Located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on the 6th floor of Complexe Desjardins.
In summer, the Bivouac Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the city and is perfectly located to enjoy the lively Place des Festivals. In winter, the Refuges du Bivouac offer to set up a camp for an evening under a beautifully decorated and heated dome that can accommodate up to 10 people, in the heart of the entertainment district.

Went for the MTL a table menu. Food was very good (entrée & dessert were awesome, main dish was swapped from wild mushroom canneloni to lasagna & unfortunately lasagna was a bit dry & lacked flavour..but still edible) All in all, great evening! Thanks!

Samedi soir repas dans le cadre de MTL à table bon repas simple mais parfait pour le prix
J'espère bien y retourner pour choisir dans le menu reg. Le service était excellent, tout s'est bien déroulé, entrée, plat & dessert. Carte des vins, entièrement vins Québécois, bravo pour oser!

Un endroit parfait pour des retrouvailles avec une copine, pour passer un bon moment & déguster une table exquise!
Tout était parfait, dès l'entrée au restaurant & ce jusqu'à la fin. Le service, les plats, le décor, un ravissement !
Je connaissais le Bivouac pour y être allée le soir & je suis heureuse de constater que le lunch est à la même hauteur des attentes.
Merci & bravo à toute l'équipe!

Dinner was delicious. Service outstanding. Atmosphere was sultry & autumnal.
Restaurant could improve its temperature control. More than one were wearing their coats.
Underground ( free if spending $130 or more) heated parking is a lovely downtown addition.
