For Mother's Day, Bivouac invites guests to enjoy a generous and comforting brunch on Sunday May 10th from 11am to 2pm highlighting Quebec ingredients and northern-inspired flavours.
For the occasion, Executive Chef Xavier Dahan has created a rich menu showcasing local products such as Nordic spices, Quebec cheeses, and maple syrup from Ferme du Loup.
The menu offers creative twists on brunch favourites, including eggs Benedict with boreal spices, Belgian waffles with duck confit and maple mustard, buttermilk pancakes with berries and melilot whipped cream, as well as brioche French toast topped with banana and a light citrus whipped cream.
Guests can enjoy the experience in a festive and welcoming atmosphere, paired with signature cocktails like mimosas or espresso martinis crafted by the bar team.
