Afficher toutlounge(50) options(11) drink(9) buffet(9) airport(9) cocktail(8) limited(7) busy(7) clean(6) recommend(6) flight(6) hamza(6)This lounge is beautiful! The staff are so friendly & accommodating & the food is a wonderful change from the generic buffets or grab-&-go options! The food is elevated & the cocktails are fantastic. David is particularly welcoming & friendly & went out of his way to stop & connect with passengers.
A Nice New Executive Airport Lounge! Has Cloak Room Cocktails! March 2026. A Very Good HAM Sandwich with pickels! Sunday Silence Cloak Room Cocktail & an Arch Angel!
Glad there's finally a domestic lounge at YUL for Amex platinum members but this has got to be one of the worst lounges I've been to. I didn't believe the 1 star reviews but now I do.
There's a line to go in & the menu is extremely limited. After ordering, expect to wait up to 20 min.
There was a family with a very loud crying baby & it ruined the experience more. I actually found it quieter to wait at the boarding gate.
This is a lounge that just looks pretty but doesn't offer much. Giving it 2 stars for having (limited) free cocktails, but otherwise this would have been a 1 star.
Bartender was very friendly & accomodating to my cocktail requests. The digital menu you order your drinks off of is limited, but if you ask him in person he's welcome to any manner of customization you'd like
I ordered a custom Negroni (whisky instead of gin, dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth), highly recommend
As soon as I walked through the doors, I felt acknowledged & welcomed. I really appreciated that everything was à la carte, & the cocktails were a definite plus, setting this lounge apart from others. Highly recommended!
OK. This may be a contentious opinion given the recent reviews, but here goes.
The lounge is busy. Very busy. They are not only accommodating their own guests, but those from the AC lounge across the hall. Secondly, they are taking the overflow from the underwhelming AC Cafe that serves pre-packaged food & a limited offering of beer & wine (no spirits.)
So yes, there is a wait. If you can't get in quick enough for your liking, pay more for the premium AmEx, or fly more for higher status.
The lounge is well appointed, quiet, & clean. The staff are wonderful. The manager floating around the lounge accomplished dozens of small tasks & constantly checked in with guests to ensure they were comfortable. Kudos to her, I wish I got her name so I could publicly acknowledge her.
There are no restrooms; however, if you are comparing that against the AC cafe it's the same (no washroom,) & the Maple Leaf lounge restroom was usually so crowded / in such poor condition I would exit the lounge to use one of the terminal facilities anyway.
The food is fine. The dinner selections & breakfast options have a variety of plates for varied tastes. There are scads of drink options, including signature cocktails from local bars.
I suspect the majority of the complaints directed at this facility are coming from people that couldn't get in, had to wait to get in, or expected to be higher priority than the thousands of other travelers that have'status' flooding through here everyday.
It's great. The Google rating implies some of the clientele aren't.
Update Winter 2025:
Still busy, still great :)
I had a great time at the lounge. The food was great. So were the cocktails (highly recommend the Gin cocktail). I also want to add the staff here is super helpful. I had a small incident as I lost my luggage at the security clearance & Dahlia the security manager was extremely helpful. She along with the Airport security manager Syed helped me find my bag by raising a complaint to the security team. They both went out of their way to help me locate it: lastly hands down the best coffee in Montreal airport. Highly recommend this place!
