Alors que de nombreux clients apprécient la haute qualité de la cuisine préparée à la demande et l'ambiance relaxante, d'autres expriment leur frustration concernant l'absence de toilettes à l'intérieur du salon, la variété limitée du menu et l'inefficacité du système de commande par code QR aux heures de pointe. Les longs temps d'attente pour entrer et les retards potentiels dans le service des plats restent des points de discorde, poussant certains voyageurs à suggérer que le salon convient mieux à ceux qui y accèdent gratuitement plutôt qu'à ceux qui paient le tarif d'entrée.
Worst lounge I have visited so far. There was almost nothing to eat, & the food selection was extremely limited. I had an apple juice, but it was so diluted that it tasted more like water than juice.
Staff is nice though.
Pessima esperienza. Dopo aver ordinato con il QR code al tavolo e avere la schermata di conferma con numero d'ordine, dopo mezz'ora vado a chiedere perché non arrivasse nulla e non avevano l'ordine. Imbarazzante
Nice atmosphere, the ordering system sucks. Only order 1 order at a time, wait for food can be from 5-15 mins. Drinks is by order only, so will need to wait while if the lounge is busy. The drink menu is way longer than the food menu.
Food wise, it's decent. Portion is on smaller side, but still need to put in several orders.
The menu is surprisingly lacking. Sandwiches & hot food, 2 types each.

Very good lounge. Great selection of foods, good staff service, & very comfortable seats. The table order service is extremely good if you will be staying for a little while.
Great space & staff - special shout out to our bartender David, who was especially awesome & provided us with excellent cocktails & great conversation during our stay at the lounge.
I cannot believe how bad the food is here. It is perhaps a tiny step above airplane food. The menu is very limited (see photos), portions are small & you can only order one thing at a time. The lady at the front desk was wonderful & handled everyone's situation with patience & grace. It took a while to get through the line as they have to scan your boarding pass, your access info, your payment info, etc. The service was fine, especially the bartender. The lounge is nice enough & was not crowded at 1pm on a Saturday in July. I do not recommend spending money on this place because of the terrible TV dinner style food. I paid $45 CAD with the MC discount, otherwise it is $68 CAD.
Our experience at this lounge was made truly special by Maria. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with the warmest smile, genuine kindness, & exceptional hospitality. Her friendly personality & attentiveness immediately made us feel valued & comfortable.
Maria went above & beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Her professionalism, positive attitude, & sincere care for guests truly stood out & reflect the level of service that makes a place memorable.
While the food selection was limited & could benefit from more variety, Maria's outstanding service was the highlight of our visit. Her warmth & dedication made such a difference, & we would happily return to enjoy the wonderful hospitality she provides. She is truly an asset to the lounge.
We had such a wonderful experience at this lounge, & what truly stood out was the incredible warmth & hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles & an amazing reception by Maria. She made us feel comfortable & valued right away, & her kindness & professionalism really set the tone for our visit. Although the food selection was quite limited & lacked variety, & we felt it could be improved in terms of quality & options, the service more than made up for it. A special thank you to Domenico, whose coffee was absolutely excellent! Beyond making a great coffee, he provided exceptional service, was attentive, friendly, & made our experience even more enjoyable.
The staff truly deserves recognition, they are the heart of this lounge. Their positive attitude, dedication, & genuine care for guests are what make this place special. We would gladly return, primarily because of the amazing reception & the outstanding hospitality we received.

The lounge itself is clean, stylish, & comfortable. The service was excellent - Christal went above & beyond in service & friendliness! The food was only okay. Good place to chill between flights.
