Afficher toutlounge(50) options(11) drink(9) buffet(9) airport(9) cocktail(8) limited(7) busy(7) clean(6) recommend(6) flight(6) hamza(6)This lounge is beautiful! The staff are so friendly & accommodating & the food is a wonderful change from the generic buffets or grab-&-go options! The food is elevated & the cocktails are fantastic. David is particularly welcoming & friendly & went out of his way to stop & connect with passengers.
Enjoyed the lounge, although would prefer buffet style vs ordering from table due to generally limited time before a flight or during a connection.
Cozy atmosphere & conveniently located close to the crowded wing with most of the local departure gates. Menu is great, & service is fast & friendly. Take our boxes. Good coffee machines & a cold brew machine. Washrooms are outside. Good wifi connection. Ugly looking garbage beans & stored items beside the kitchen windows. A few simple snack items or/& cookies would be nice to get served buffet style for those who want just to have simple relax time rather than ordering & turning it into a meal.
No buffet, limited food options, long wait to get food. (You can only order 1 drink & 1 food option at a time)
Very clean & aesthetic. Great natural lighting, comfy lounging. Food is very good & comes out fast. Friendly staff. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of no restrooms & no buffet (I'm American & love buffets).
This is new business model of lounge at airport. I admire the service done by young employee , Hugo Bozatto, who has act pro-activelyg to make customers accustomed with their new Airport Lounge concept . Aspire need to consider , the followings:
- order application usage familiarity ( a la carte) : Not all passengers are good/ fast on application usage
- improve service time by increase kitchen stuff; some passengers have short time / limited time before take off.
- Calm seekers would love this type of lounge .
- menu need to be more diversified to cover all taste & diabetic disease customers
The customer number is far less than conventional lounge who run their service with open buffet .
New concept … new arena

The quality of the food is fantastic, as is the layout of the lounge. Its small but spacious at the same time. Fairly quiet too. No open buffet, you order your food from one of the designated tables.
Unlike most lounges, this one isn't a buffet-style lounge. On top of that, you could only order ONE dish at a time & the kitchen was EXTREMELY slow. By the time we got our first dish, we had to board soon. (The dishes were quite small too). Our second dish literally arrived as we were putting our coats on because it took too long.
As for the food, the toast & oats were good but the omelet on the quinoa dish was literally refrigerated-cold. It wasn't even room temperature. My partner's scrambled egg was tasteless. I will say the presentation of the food was quite good though.
All in all, not a lounge I would go back to. Not worth the time or money.
It's nice to finally have a lounge on the domestic side in Montreal. The problem however lies with the food ordering system. I am usually a great client for lounges, I quickly grab a bite & leave, without even consuming alcohol. At this lounge unfortunately more than once I've ordered food & had to leave before even getting it, it simply takes too long! Perhaps having a small buffet on top of the QR code ordering system would be better.
Avoid if you have limited number of lounge passes on your account/card.
Stopped here on my way from Europe & had 5 hour stopover. I was asked to come back 3 hours before my flight & there was a wait-list. Luckily bar seats were available so I took it. Later a lady came & asked me to move to another seat to accommodate a group of 3 people even though more seats around were available. They forgot to give me cutlery with my order. No teas, just coffee. All orders are super small & don't have much of a choice. I was honestly prefer a buffet to this not to wait 15 mins per item as you can't order several items at once here.
No line at 5am, kind staff, beautiful seating, but the food sucked. Ordered french toast, got bread pudding. Ordered a berry salad, got canned fruit. Ordered a vegan breakfast sandwich, didnt arrive at all. No tea, self serve coffee machine only. Honestly would have been better if it was just a simple buffet; the a la carte service got my expectations up!
We were lucky we spent a few minutes for our departure in this lounge - the food & the staff were top notch - really enjoyed the quality of food & the agility of the staff to prepare & deliver them. We were exteremely in rush but as an order base lounge, it took us the same as a buffet lounge, but expect some delays if it's busy, it was not in our case.
