Afficher toutlounge(50) options(11) drink(9) buffet(9) airport(9) cocktail(8) limited(7) busy(7) clean(6) recommend(6) flight(6) hamza(6)Do not waste your lounge passes or money on this lounge. VERY limited options, had to wait 2 hours to get in off the waiting list, & quite small.
Nice looking lounge. Food was decent & service was good. Would be better to provide clear information about what is included for each person, possibly include in the ordering system QR code. FYI restroom is outside & not in lounge.
Great, attentive service.
Food was surprisingly good?? The ham & cheese was delicious. Drinks were great as well. David was a lovely bartender, very funny & efficient.
It was my first time visiting this lounge & I can definitely say I'll be back.
Very clean & very friendly staff! Decent food & drink options as well. Not the biggest lounge but theres enough room without feeling crowed.
I use Amex Platinum, was excited to try this lounge for the first time. I asked the waiter for'anything vegan I,m not fussy'. First I was told the menus are clearly labeled. They are not. Nothing in terms of allergens is noted which is dangerous. Then I was told they have NOTHING Vegan to offer me for food except the chicken'without the chicken'. This is absurd & unacceptable. Shame on whoever made this menu. Meat is the leading cause of environmental destruction & the leading cause of needless suffering in animals. Get your act together & offer some cruelty free options!
This lounge is beautiful! The staff are so friendly & accommodating & the food is a wonderful change from the generic buffets or grab-&-go options! The food is elevated & the cocktails are fantastic. David is particularly welcoming & friendly & went out of his way to stop & connect with passengers.
I had a great experience in the Aspire lounge while passing through Montreal recently. The food was delicious, the staff was very helpful finding me options to address my dietary restrictions & they even ensured my food came quickly because I had a short stopover. I especially love that the food offerings are healthy & made to order. I look forward to coming back again.
The lounge is mostly empty & they have a 30 minute wait time. Joke
A Nice New Executive Airport Lounge! Has Cloak Room Cocktails! March 2026. A Very Good HAM Sandwich with pickels! Sunday Silence Cloak Room Cocktail & an Arch Angel!
Enjoyed the lounge, although would prefer buffet style vs ordering from table due to generally limited time before a flight or during a connection.
I've been to the new Amex Aspire Lounge many times now, & I'm always impressed. The space is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, & the service is great. Special thanks to Camila; she's so warm & attentive & always makes each visit feel extra welcoming.
We loved this lounge. Amazing food. There is a limit to order one plate at a time (&/or one drink), but as soon as you're done, you can order your next meal. Their chef knows what he/she is doing. Great meals!! Relatively large selection of drinks too.
I'm not giving 5 stars because: 1.) there are lots of bar chairs & tables with regular chairs & no actual lounges where you could lay down & relax. 2.) limited amount of plug-ins BUT you can ask for a portable charger if you need to charge you phone.
Made to order food is pretty good & the aesthetic is nice. No bathroom which is interesting. A bit understaffed when I went but the lady at the front desk on the night of Feb 20th seemed to be doing an amazing job manning the front desk & serving guests in the lounge.
I've been with Amex platinum & lounges since 2009. I love the look & feel of this facility & the new QR code service is top notch. Didn't know what I was missing until now. Well done team!
Just genuinely confused why this lounge is in the domestic terminal & not in the US-designated flight terminal.
Excellent AMEX lounge, friendly & efficient staff make this place an oasis in an otherwise busy & chaotic airport. Kudos to AMEX for creating this space.. & to its staff for executing its mandate flawlessly.
Glad there's finally a domestic lounge at YUL for Amex platinum members but this has got to be one of the worst lounges I've been to. I didn't believe the 1 star reviews but now I do.
There's a line to go in & the menu is extremely limited. After ordering, expect to wait up to 20 min.
There was a family with a very loud crying baby & it ruined the experience more. I actually found it quieter to wait at the boarding gate.
This is a lounge that just looks pretty but doesn't offer much. Giving it 2 stars for having (limited) free cocktails, but otherwise this would have been a 1 star.
The lounge is very modern, clean, great coffee (local!!) options, & wine selection. Good service!
This is new business model of lounge at airport. I admire the service done by young employee , Hugo Bozatto, who has act pro-activelyg to make customers accustomed with their new Airport Lounge concept . Aspire need to consider , the followings:
- order application usage familiarity ( a la carte) : Not all passengers are good/ fast on application usage
- improve service time by increase kitchen stuff; some passengers have short time / limited time before take off.
- Calm seekers would love this type of lounge .
- menu need to be more diversified to cover all taste & diabetic disease customers
The customer number is far less than conventional lounge who run their service with open buffet .
New concept … new arena
