Jamais vue un salon aussi horrible niveau service ! Nous étions 2 adultes & 1 enfant de 2ans la femme à l'accueil très trez désagréable nous voulus facture 3 passes en sachant que notre enfant de 2 ans manger pas un scandale nous avons fait presque tout les salons du monde jamais vue un salons aussi horrible … passer votre chemin

Great quality lounge food via table electronic ordering system. Minus 1 star because washroom is outside, but it's not too far you can just go out & back in.

Very disappointing experience
We were told that the wait to enter the lounge would be about'one hour'After waiting for that hour, we were suddenly told that we might have to wait'another 2-3 hours'

The most frustrating part was the explanation: apparently, the staff'don't have an effective way to track how many people have left the lounge & how many new guests they can let in'This is extremely disappointing for an airport lounge that should have a basic system for managing capacity & guests.

If you know the lounge is full, be honest about the expected wait time from the beginning. Making people wait for an hour only to tell them they could potentially wait another 2-3 hours is unacceptable.

Poor organization, poor communication, & definitely not the experience you expect from an airport lounge.

I had a wonderful experience at the Aspire Lounge Montreal Domestic. The lounge was outstanding, with a comfortable atmosphere & a great selection of breakfast options. The food was fresh & enjoyable, & there were plenty of choices to start the day.
The staff were also very friendly, professional, & helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a relaxing & pleasant experience, & I would definitely recommend the Aspire Lounge to other travellers.

My'go to' when travelling. In & seated in seconds & a stellar level of service. Giovanni here is really above & beyond (he'll still find time to say thanks while shuffling orders & managing the room). A great way to forget that I'm about to spend the next few hours in a cramped metal tube.

Cômodo, bem decorado e bom atendimento. Os pratos salgados sao básicos de café da manha e o pedido restringe-se apenasxa um prato. Bebidas, frutas e bolinhos tem à vontade, mas muito pouca variedade. Já fui em melhores e nao estou falando de luxo gastronômico.

Far from great. The breakfast quality was honestly shocking for an airport lounge that presents itself as a premium experience.

The fruit was basically frozen. The eggs were clearly processed rather than freshly cooked. My wife first ordered the avocado toast, which came with a highly processed avocado spread & what tasted like instant/processed eggs.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was advertised as having cheddar cheese, but what was served appeared to be processed American-style cheese. If the menu says cheddar, serve cheddar.

I'm not expecting fine dining from an airport lounge, but this was barely above a cheap hotel continental breakfast. Using obviously processed ingredients while describing them on the menu as something better is especially disappointing. For a lounge people are paying to access, the food needs to be significantly better than this.

This is the most frustrating, inept process to be admitted. There's no clear lines, staff is overwhelmed, there's not enough of them. The lounge itself is ok, the people working at the front desk couldn't run a lemonade stand.

This used to be such a nice lounge & since whatever change they made where it's self-serve, the quality of everything has dropped by 90%. If you have to choose one lounge in Montreal Airport, don't go to this one
