Great place to relax after & before next flights. Staff es super friendly & helpful. Specially, David that assisted me ordering & provide suggestion on what are the best items to try.
Thanks for the great service & food. , you made my wait for my flight enjoyable.
Just genuinely confused why this lounge is in the domestic terminal & not in the US-designated flight terminal.
We waited an hour on the waitlist only to come back to check our status & be told that we would only receive access 2hrs before boarding. They will only honour three hours before'departure', even though boarding is required nearly an hour before departure so you would not get anywhere close to the three hour access that they advertised. In addition, this is not a lounge. Just a subpar restaurant that offers'table service' but nothing more like a place to nap, rest, or shower. I would not recommend this'lounge' to anyone. It is useless if you are wanting to find a place to rest while connecting flights. I was extremely disappointed.
I was mistreated when I got there after so many flight cancelations & over 24 hours of flight chaos & they didn't not let me in because it was not within the 3 hours before my flight even though the lounge was empty.
I'm an Amex platinum member.
I understand procedure but a bit of humanity would be appreciated. The lounge was empty.
This was one of the few lounges I've actually really liked -- at first I was a bit put off by the odd way that you order food (scanning a QR code; one item delivered at a time), but everything I had tasted great & it was a nice place to relax for 3 hours while my flight was delayed.
The lounge is quiet & table service makes the experience very restaurant-like. That said, the food is really sad & 3/6 of their coffee machines don't seem to work. Not a deal breaker for me, but the pilot ahead of me that tried to make the coffee machines work really seemed to need it, so Godspeed to that flight I guess.
No service at this lounge was on'wait list' for 2 hours & had to board my flight. YUL is also a shitty, overcrowded airport.
Avoid if you have limited number of lounge passes on your account/card.
Stopped here on my way from Europe & had 5 hour stopover. I was asked to come back 3 hours before my flight & there was a wait-list. Luckily bar seats were available so I took it. Later a lady came & asked me to move to another seat to accommodate a group of 3 people even though more seats around were available. They forgot to give me cutlery with my order. No teas, just coffee. All orders are super small & don't have much of a choice. I was honestly prefer a buffet to this not to wait 15 mins per item as you can't order several items at once here.
After trying this lounge & reviewing it as a Visa-Dragon Pass user, I can say that it is not worth the time you spend waiting to get in. The food quality is average at best, & in some cases poor. You must order everything through your phone, one dish or drink at a time, & each order takes around 10 to 15 minutes to arrive.
To even have the option of using the lounge, you need to join the waiting list at least 5 hours in advance, & they will only allow entry 3 hours before your flight. In my case, I arrived 5 hours early & was called only 2.5 hours before my flight. I don't think someone arriving just 3 hours before departure would have any chance of getting in.
Overall, I no longer think this lounge service is worth it.
