Service was very slow. Waited for 10 minutes before our server came over. Finally got our drink order taken & waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. Server took another person's order that arrived after us first & told us to please wait a minute. He proceeded to take water to another table before taking our order. Finally got our food & my $60 fillet was fillet pieces tied together with string.

Been coming here for many years as the Sheraton Hotel is the closest one to YUL. Eclipse Restaurant has never let me down for breakfast or dinner, great food! They do refresh the menu periodically which is great & the service from the point of entry, to being served & afterwards is top tier, keep up the great work!

My fettuccini dish was mediocre at best. The sauce was ok, but the bits of pork were tough & often gristly.
It's the service that was lacking & frankly, arrogant. It destroyed any semblance of a dining'experience' that might have been had.

After being seated crispy, with three drink menus & a single food menu, we were abandoned. While I watched guests who arrived later being seated, having specials described & told the name of their server, we sat. We watched later arrivals receive water promptly & have their order recorded yet, we sat. When I finally got the attention of the guy who seated us & asked who & where our server was, he said'it's me' & began challenging my inquiry as to the delay in receiving any attention while other later arrivals were being served. No effort at making the situation better, just excuses about being'busy' (with fewer than 50% of tables occupied, & plenty of servers tending to those remaining), coupled an attitude of indignation over being questioned about the truly inhospitable lack of attention.
Eclipse is conveniently located if you're a guest in the hotel, period. The dining experience was by far the worst I've had this year.

Connected to the Sheraton Airport Montreal, we were pleasantly surprised. The pork belly dish was 5 stars all the way, amazing pork & a beautiful sunchoke puree with lovely fresh vegetables & mango. I wanted a taste from home so the Montreal smoked meat sandwich was perfect. Very friendly & attentive staff. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Highly recommend 🇨🇦

Bartender was great, other staff not so much. Waiting time was over a hour even though there were plenty of seats. Spend $80 for a pasta & a glass of wine….
