Had a very bad start to our trip here (aug 31st at 3:45am). Cashier was incredibly rude to us. Most items do not have prices listed. 11 dollars for 355ml of juice!

Cashier also told us she was unable to remove items once scanned, & gave us a very dirty look when we said we were not going to pay for them. She managed to figure out how to void the transaction after 2 minutes.

When I asked for a receipt I was told she couldn't give me one because she had to keep it.

Will certainly not be returning. Seems like they take advantage of the fact that they're the only place open at this hour in the terminal.

Terrible food & coffee

Food was pretty good. The problem is that this place can't get out of its own way. Yes, the wait staff seem miserable, but it's because of a terrible process. So customers also become miserable. You order, you don't know if you're in line, you're trying to keep an eye out for your food, then you get it & have to stand in another line to pay, whixh is literally the same line, meanwhile people are forcing themselves into your way.

Suggestion: write the person's number order on the BOX. Give them a paper with the number on it & what they ordered. Take the completed order in the BOX to the till. Customer pays & receives their box when it's ready.

Not my job to help you manage this mess, but then again, I'll avoid this place from now on ... There lots of other choices around.
