The food tastes okay but the quality is not so good, usually when I eat at Italian restaurants if the pasta quality if good it doesn't bother my tummy but I think the pasta they use are not great, especially the spaghetti. I have a sensitive stomach but my partner doesn't.

But both of us had painful tummies & diarrhea later in the evening.

So I guess watch out …View more

The service was great & the experience was overall pretty okay but the food was underwhelming & tasted similar in quality to a restaurant like 99s or Chili's. For high quality Italian food I would not recommend a place right in the ski resort village.View more

We didn't expect such quality in a tourist town, for whatever reason. We were floored - chef brings out all the richness & beauty of flavor & texture to achieve perfect balance. Had appetizers - arancini & calamari - pizzas & pastas -rigatoni allá bomba!- & were sad both nights to have it end. Everything is smart without ego. The staff was accommodating, seems focused & joyful, as well. They do admire their chef, as they should!View more

The ambiance & service were great, but I was disappointed with the portion sizes. I ordered chicken & while it was flavorful, the portion was much smaller than expected for the price. It left me feeling hungry, which was unfortunate because I was looking forward to a satisfying meal. I hope they consider improving this aspect, as the quality of the food deserves more generosity. Orders taking too long to receive.View more

The restaurant looks great, we sat outside & had an amazing view under the sun. However, I was served with a glass of water with a piece of broken glass inside. I could easily sallow it & my throat will be cut. That's a safety hazard! Luckily I chewed it & realized it's not an ice cube but it's real glass. So I didn't end up sallow it. When I tried to figure out where it's coming from, I noticed the cup I was using has damaged from the top, so if I took a sip from the damaged part my lips might be cut as well. I notified my server & he brought his manger to apologize to me. Appreciate the gesture & they offered to take one item off for free out of the four items we ordered. Just a reminder for everyone, be careful while you're drinking water here. As for the food, it's a bit expensive for the quality & the quantity in my opinion.View more

Expensive experience for subpar food quality. The basil pesto gnocchi were soggy texture, not pleasing & cool bc topped with cold ricotta. I like my food hot. The Cesar salad was wet & limp, not acceptable. Service was wonderful but for this price, just wish food would match up!View more

During our recent visit to A Mano, we had a good dining experience, though the prices felt a bit high for the quality. We ordered the papardeli with Gorgonzola sauce & filet mignon, which was somewhat underwhelming. The Gorgonzola cheese in the sauce was almost non-existent, & the filet mignon was just a few slices, making the $42 price tag feel steep for the portion & quality. The dish lacked the indulgence expected at that price point. For an appetizer, we tried the Polpette di Vitello, which came with six pieces for $27. The quality was good, but again, the cost seemed high. On a brighter note, the lasagna we ordered was delicious & made up for some of the previous disappointment. The restaurant's location is fantastic, offering a great view that adds to the overall atmosphere. The service was also very good, though the food arrived slightly quicker than expected, making our time at the restaurant feel a bit rushed. One small downside was the soft drinks, which were not refillable & priced at $3.50 for a small cup. Overall, A Mano offers a decent experience, especially considering its prime location in a popular tourist area, but the high prices might not justify the quality for some diners.View more

This place is a tourist trap . We were a group of 7 for dinner the kids wanted pasta & pizza so we came here. As a fan of pizza & pasta myself having eaten in many excellent Italian restos I can say objectively that A Mano is probably one of the worst & here's why 1) the portion of pasta was flat out insulting considering the high cost. Now I understand that haute cuisine doesn't focus on quantity, rather quality is the aim. Well, the quality was that comparable to chef boyardee & I'm not even kidding. We ordered plain old spaghetti Bolognese with meatballs. The tomato sauce tasted like it came out of a can & the meatballs were very salty & I like salt. Not to mention they were very firm not like the spaghetti noodles which were the furthest thing from al dente. They tasted gummy... First time experiencing that. Nuf said about the pasta. 2) The lamb was poorly cooked the person who ate it ended up with a nice big raw piece of garlic in her mouth which tells me one thing. There was no marination of the lamb prior to cooking it. The garlic was thrown in ( raw) as an attempt to flavor the meat. Attempt failed. 3)The pizzas were okay. Not great, not particularly good either. The teens enjoyed the pepperoni & cheese pizzas they had. Fair enough 4)The adults had the americana I believe. They barely had enough sauce on them & the toppings were scarce. The crust was good but again over 30$ a pizza, you need to do better. A lot better. 5) the Ceasar salad was kinda mushy. Lettuce was on the soft side & had way too much dressing on it. Instead the focus was a piece of grilled lemon on the side , an attempt at art... But this resto staple which can be so easily executed failed miserably Our waiter was ok, nothing less nothing more. I don't recall him returning to the table after a few bites to ask us how we were enjoying our food . In the end we left the place feeling like a bunch of suckers who just got duped. I don't mind paying for food but this was painful I honestly don't get why there are many good reviews. Next time we go to tremblant we will pack our lunch.View more

Charcuterie was subpar. Pasta was nowhere near the quality required to be at that price point. Faux upscale.View more

I never post reviews, yet I felt I should on this one. We have been coming up to tremblant multiple times a year for over 20 years. We have always had a hard time finding quality food with great service. A Mano was great food, well priced & excellent service, David thank you! Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. For reference we had the pizza - the crust omg!, arancini, calamari, & salad. Do it!View more

Had margarita & Soppressata pizza. Margarita was good but Soppressata was very okay. Service was bad (more like their system is broken) washrooms were dirty. Overall not a good experience. Pricing is also high compare to the quality of pizza they are giving.View more
