I went to culinary school in Sydney.
Never had a pasta that is not cooked al dente served at a restaurant.

The taste & the texture is like the pasta was made the day before & microwaved, tremendously overpriced for the quality.

Truly surprised by the good reviews.

The service is okay but respectfully please make some changes in food quality.

Honestly, best authentic pizza you can have with the most expensive wood fire oven. One of the chefs went to Napoli pizza competition & won 16th place out of 250 chefs across the world. Like wow!!! Delicious for every foodie!

Pizza correcte & mangeable, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Le prix assez élevé pour la quantité. Par contre, au moment de payer, le serveur a directement passé l'appareil sur notre carte sans nous laisser voir le montant. On a ensuite réalisé qu'un pourboire de 12 $ avait déjà été ajouté, sans même nous laisser le choix. Assez particulier & pas très professionnel

This was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, yet it took an hour just to get water. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived after us were seated, served, ate their mains, & were finished while we were still waiting for our drinks.
We brought the poor service to the manager's attention. He was apologetic & explained that they were busy, but unfortunately, nothing really improved. He never returned to our table to check on us, & throughout the evening we felt completely overlooked & unseen.

We were eventually comped an appetizer & a main, which we appreciated, but it didn't make up for the overall experience. To make matters worse, we waited another 30 minutes for our bill which was all messed up & not divided up properly.

Mistakes & busy nights happen, but the lack of communication & follow-up made this experience especially frustrating. Unfortunately, the service was so poor that it overshadowed the entire evening, & we left feeling angry.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes to get in, we were seated in the back corner of the patio & received no service, not even water, for another 30 minutes. We had to ask for water, ask for food service, & ask - twice - for the bills at the end of our meal. We found boxes to pack up our leftovers ourselves. We spoke to the manager to try to rectify the situation & had one meal & one appetizer comped.

Super pizza c'est rare quand on vient en Amérique du nord pour un européen de manger une pizza qui se rapproche le plus de ce que l'on fait en Italie. Le seul bémol est le bruit dans la salle.
