Had a great experience here!
The patio was beautiful, the pizza was delicious, & the staff were super friendly. Great atmosphere, great food, & very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

Par où commencer.

1. Notre serveur a eu une conversation peu discrète avec la table à côté concernant les clients du restaurant & qu'il préfère servir des Américains car ils donnent plus de pourboire comparé aux Québecois qui sont'cheap' &'ne donne que 15% de pourboire'.

2. On a demandé de l'eau gazeuse qui nous a été servi dans deux verres sales avec des traces de rouge à lèvres sur les rebords des deux verres. On ne s'en ai malheureusement rendu compte qu'une fois qu'on n'a été servi mais quand mon copain à fait la remarque pour qu'on nous change nos verres (& que ceux qu'on a reçu n'étaient pas plus propres d'ailleurs), le serveur ne nous a pas proposé une autre bouteille. Mon copain lui a fait la remarque & le serveur lui a répondu qu'il a déjà servi la moitié de la bouteille dans nos verres sales. Il nous a ramené une deuxième bouteille en trainant des pieds.

3. La pizza margarita que mon copain à commander n'était pas bien cuite. Il n'a pas pu manger plus d'une part.

4. Le serveur nous a déposé nos ustensiles dans un bac, le bac est tombé sur la table, il l'a bien vu mais a choisi de faire demi-tour.

Experience horrible en somme. Ce restaurant m'a été recommandé par un ami qui y était deux semaines avant & qui lui a eu une experience positive.

We came here twice on our stay at Tremblant. We got different things each time & they were all so good. The service was on spot. Rebecca was our waitress for both times & she was amazing, super attentive & kind & explained the menu to us. Another thing that makes this place even better than most places on the mountain is that for lunch there is no wait they serve classic Italian food while mixing in a taste of modernness, which makes it a beautiful blend of Italian, modern & overall, an amazing Italian, the dough from the pizza tastes fresh made in the morning The pasta is also fresh & homemade & the cheesecake is one of the best I've ever had with a nice creamy touch amazing food

We went today for dinner. Service a little slow, pizza taste good but it was a little cold. Music a little loud & always rock which I think it doesn't fit with the concept of the place. Carbonara was good.

What a disgrace to the Italian community! Una vergogna!
You should really reconsider your staff, especially the tall waitress who was working last Tuesday night (August 18, 2026)
Who refused to serve us cause our order wasn't big enough & said she was too busy to do a small order. She literally advised us to go somewhere else.
Came with my cousins from Italy only to be embarrassed by an Italian restaurant.
That they are big orders or small orders, you should always serve your clients equally. THAT'S YOUR JOB!

Nobody apologized & we got treated very rudely.
The bartender was not doing nothing & clearly said she would be happy to do it that we just needed to wait for the waitress, as we did.
Most of your bad reviews is about the service by the way.

I went to culinary school in Sydney.
Never had a pasta that is not cooked al dente served at a restaurant.

The taste & the texture is like the pasta was made the day before & microwaved, tremendously overpriced for the quality.

Truly surprised by the good reviews.

The service is okay but respectfully please make some changes in food quality.
