A Mano serves a curated selection of Italian culinary traditions focused on the preparation of handmade pastas and authentic hearth-baked pizzas. The menu features classic techniques where elasticity and texture define every strand of noodle, while the thin-crust pies prioritize high-quality flour and regional toppings for a balanced flavor profile. Diners encounter a space defined by the scent of woodsmoke and the visible craft of dough manipulation at the preparation station. Sauce profiles rely on concentrated tomato bases and fresh herbs that provide depth without unnecessary complexity. This establishment prioritizes consistent results through rigid adherence to traditional recipes that emphasize the integrity of raw ingredients. The environment functions as a functional tribute to Mediterranean kitchen culture where utility and taste intersect for a streamlined approach to regional Italian staples.
A Mano is widely celebrated as a premier destination in Mont Tremblant for authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine. Guests frequently praise the handcrafted pasta and the exceptional wood-fired pizzas, which many describe as some of the best they have ever tasted due to their light, fresh crusts and flavorful ingredients. The atmosphere is generally described as warm, charming, and festive, making it a popular choice for both casual outings and special celebrations. While experiences with service vary, many visitors highlight the staff as professional, attentive, and passionate, often noting that the welcoming environment enhances the overall dining experience. Although opinions on pricing and portion sizes are mixed, the consensus among many patrons is that the culinary quality and fresh preparation make it a highly recommended spot for those visiting the area.
I was a bit apprehensive about making reservations here after reading some of the reviews & seeing the 3.9 rating. We arrived at 6:00pm on the Sunday of a long weekend & joined the line, but waited for a while before a staff member came out.
It seemed like the person managing the line & reservations was also the person seating guests, which could definitely be better organized. There was no one at the front for long periods of time, & everyone waiting seemed a bit confused about what they were supposed to do. Once a staff member came out, I mentioned that we had a reservation & we were seated shortly after.
Our server was a bit quirky, but he was very attentive. We ordered pizza, spaghetti & burrata, & everything was delicious & tasted fresh. My husband & daughter both said that dinner that night was one of the highlights of our trip.
The pizza was 1000x better than the pizzeria across the road. We would definitely return.
Had a wonderful lunch with my family at Amano Trattoria in Mont-Tremblant. The restaurant has a beautiful & welcoming atmosphere, the food was delicious, & the service was excellent.
Although they don't have specific halal options, I really appreciated how the waiter & chef took the time to understand my dietary needs & made sure I had something I could enjoy without having to worry. That level of care & attention really stood out to me.
A lovely experience overall, & definitely a place I would happily visit again. Highly recommended!
The service was good, but unfortunately, the food was not. The egg-yolk pasta was inedible, & the rigatoni with tomato sauce & eggplant was no better. Even the Margherita pizza was disappointing.
Adding shrimp or chicken to a pasta dish costs an extra $12-$14, bringing the total to approximately $45 for a plate of pasta with protein, which feels extremely overpriced. My husband couldn't finish his pasta & left the restaurant still hungry. Even the soft drinks were unusually small.
Overall, we paid a lot & did not enjoy the food. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience for us.
Rude staff!! It started raining so we decided to sit inside instead of taking away the food.
He was rude to mother of 2 toddlers that you can't sit like this.
Too much attitude for burnet pizza!
This is service is worse than any regular tim-hortons.
We had pizzas, the Quattro fromagio was really good with the pistachios. The Service was not on the other side, our server Jackson didn't bother to come at our table to check on us even once. He just disappeared when he gave us our order & the restaurant wasn't full it was empty. When asked for the bill I was served by the other waitress.
Had a great experience here!
The patio was beautiful, the pizza was delicious, & the staff were super friendly. Great atmosphere, great food, & very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!
