Review Summary

Overall, guests describe A Mano as offering authentic Italian cooking with house-made pastas and Neapolitan-style pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, with many praising the crust, fresh toppings and flavors that feel true to Italy and often calling it the standout Italian option in Tremblant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly, attentive service that enhances the experience, though some visits were crowded or noisy and a few reviews note slower pacing during peak times or portions and pricing being less favorable to some diners. Pizzas such as margarita and burrata prosciutto are highlighted for balance and quality, while pastas like gnocchi, Genovese and linguine dishes are frequently praised for freshness and homemade character. Some guests find value and portion size inconsistent, and a minority report dishes arriving cold or other service hiccups, but many say the food is excellent and the staff help with recommendations and timing. The overall impression is that A Mano delivers memorable Italian fare in Mont Tremblant and remains a popular choice for an elevated meal in the village.

Very disappointing experience.

We were a party of four, but after a long wait only three dishes were served. My order - the'Osso Bucco', one of the most expensive dish on the menu - was forgotten on the counter & arrived completely cold.

The pasta dishes were dry, with very little sauce, & NO grated cheese was offered. When I asked to return the cold dish, I saw the food being handled in a way that made me uncomfortable & concerned about hygiene, so I cancelled the order.

No apology was offered by either the server or the manager.

Considering the prices & the restaurant's reputation, we expected much better.

After eating in other spots in M.T over our long weekend, this was our favourite!

Our server, Yanis, was very hospitable.
We ordered a margarita pizza to share, linguine Nero, gnocchi & penne vodka pasta. Everything was incredibly delicious.
They make their pastas, pizzas, sauces, in house. I will for sure come back to eat here next time I visit Mont Tremblant.

First visit excellent food & service , by Anna
Returned for another delicious pizza & other dishes. Spaghetti & meatballs was dry & lacking sauce. A request for more was met hesitantly. We were shocked to see a $10 service charge added to the bill for a tiny bowl. Really spoiled my feelings about the restaurant

Unexpectedly delicious
We got the calamari, tender & accompanied with a tasty sauce. Lamb chops were just ok. For the mains we got the genovese braised beef pasta that was very delicious, tartuffo pizza a must try & the pizza burrata prosciutto which was good too

The dinner we had was a pleasure, although the key dishes were warm, not hot. We had a fried artichoke (great), black sauce linguini (tasty but not hot) & meat lazagna (tasty but not hot). The service was very efficient.

During our recent visit to A Mano, we had a good dining experience, though the prices felt a bit high for the quality. We ordered the papardeli with Gorgonzola sauce & filet mignon, which was somewhat underwhelming. The Gorgonzola cheese in the sauce was almost non-existent, & the filet mignon was just a few slices, making the $42 price tag feel steep for the portion & quality. The dish lacked the indulgence expected at that price point. For an appetizer, we tried the Polpette di Vitello, which came with six pieces for $27. The quality was good, but again, the cost seemed high. On a brighter note, the lasagna we ordered was delicious & made up for some of the previous disappointment. The restaurant's location is fantastic, offering a great view that adds to the overall atmosphere. The service was also very good, though the food arrived slightly quicker than expected, making our time at the restaurant feel a bit rushed. One small downside was the soft drinks, which were not refillable & priced at $3.50 for a small cup. Overall, A Mano offers a decent experience, especially considering its prime location in a popular tourist area, but the high prices might not justify the quality for some diners.

This place is a tourist trap . We were a group of 7 for dinner the kids wanted pasta & pizza so we came here. As a fan of pizza & pasta myself having eaten in many excellent Italian restos I can say objectively that A Mano is probably one of the worst & here's why 1) the portion of pasta was flat out insulting considering the high cost. Now I understand that haute cuisine doesn't focus on quantity, rather quality is the aim. Well, the quality was that comparable to chef boyardee & I'm not even kidding. We ordered plain old spaghetti Bolognese with meatballs. The tomato sauce tasted like it came out of a can & the meatballs were very salty & I like salt. Not to mention they were very firm not like the spaghetti noodles which were the furthest thing from al dente. They tasted gummy... First time experiencing that. Nuf said about the pasta. 2) The lamb was poorly cooked the person who ate it ended up with a nice big raw piece of garlic in her mouth which tells me one thing. There was no marination of the lamb prior to cooking it. The garlic was thrown in ( raw) as an attempt to flavor the meat. Attempt failed. 3)The pizzas were okay. Not great, not particularly good either. The teens enjoyed the pepperoni & cheese pizzas they had. Fair enough 4)The adults had the americana I believe. They barely had enough sauce on them & the toppings were scarce. The crust was good but again over 30$ a pizza, you need to do better. A lot better. 5) the Ceasar salad was kinda mushy. Lettuce was on the soft side & had way too much dressing on it. Instead the focus was a piece of grilled lemon on the side , an attempt at art... But this resto staple which can be so easily executed failed miserably Our waiter was ok, nothing less nothing more. I don't recall him returning to the table after a few bites to ask us how we were enjoying our food . In the end we left the place feeling like a bunch of suckers who just got duped. I don't mind paying for food but this was painful I honestly don't get why there are many good reviews. Next time we go to tremblant we will pack our lunch.

First visit , & it looked great , very well designed & spacious , we sat inside at the high table that we shared with two other groups . The wait to be served was long / 10 min. The wine list was long & great selections .
I ordered the spaghetti with homemade sauce & veal meat balls , very bland ,
I could have made a much better sauce myself. The bruschetta Also bland , I don’t think they use salt or oregano here !
My partner’s manicotti was also very bland .
Disappointed with the lack of flavour for such an expensive meal .
