The service was good, but unfortunately, the food was not. The egg-yolk pasta was inedible, & the rigatoni with tomato sauce & eggplant was no better. Even the Margherita pizza was disappointing.

Adding shrimp or chicken to a pasta dish costs an extra $12-$14, bringing the total to approximately $45 for a plate of pasta with protein, which feels extremely overpriced. My husband couldn't finish his pasta & left the restaurant still hungry. Even the soft drinks were unusually small.

Overall, we paid a lot & did not enjoy the food. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience for us.

We came here twice on our stay at Tremblant. We got different things each time & they were all so good. The service was on spot. Rebecca was our waitress for both times & she was amazing, super attentive & kind & explained the menu to us. Another thing that makes this place even better than most places on the mountain is that for lunch there is no wait they serve classic Italian food while mixing in a taste of modernness, which makes it a beautiful blend of Italian, modern & overall, an amazing Italian, the dough from the pizza tastes fresh made in the morning The pasta is also fresh & homemade & the cheesecake is one of the best I've ever had with a nice creamy touch amazing food

I went to culinary school in Sydney.
Never had a pasta that is not cooked al dente served at a restaurant.

The taste & the texture is like the pasta was made the day before & microwaved, tremendously overpriced for the quality.

Truly surprised by the good reviews.

The service is okay but respectfully please make some changes in food quality.

I had the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life. The Bucatini al Salmone e Limone was absolutely outstanding. I also had the best cheesecake I've ever tasted, & the service was impeccable. Highly recommended!

We came to a-Mano for dinner during my bachelorette in Mont Tremblant, & it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip!
When we arrived, there were a couple of groups waiting ahead of us, & we were told it would be about a 15-minute wait. The staff noticed we were there celebrating a bachelorette, & we ended up getting seated almost immediately. It was such a thoughtful gesture & started our evening off on the right foot.

Our server, Audrey P., was amazing. She was so personable, friendly, & genuinely made us feel welcome. She handled all of our bill-splitting requests without any issues-we had asked to split the cost of my meal (the bride) between the rest of the girls, split a pitcher of limoncello between three people, & she even came back to ask if two girls who shared a meal wanted that split evenly too. It was such a small detail, but it really showed how attentive she was.

The food was incredible. Every single person at our table was raving about their meal. I had the gluten-free pasta with tomato sauce, & it was honestly one of the best gluten-free pasta dishes I've had. As someone with gluten & dairy restrictions, it can be hard to find a meal that's both safe & delicious, but this absolutely exceeded my expectations.

If you're in Mont Tremblant, I can't recommend a-Mano enough. Great food, amazing service, & such a fun atmosphere. We would all come back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic evening with my family at Amano! The food was spectacular, especially the fresh pasta & the light, perfectly cooked pizza dough. A special shoutout to Marie-Michèle, our server, who was attentive, funny, & made the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

My husband & I had dinner at Amano in Mt. Tremblant, yesterday night. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere & the service was friendly throughout the evening.

My husband ordered the veal meatball spaghetti, which was fine. It was good, but not particularly memorable.

I ordered the carbonara, which unfortunately was disappointing. When it arrived, the pasta wasn't hot enough for the egg yolk on top to melt & mix into the dish properly. After tasting it, I also felt the pasta itself was undercooked. I ended up taking only two small bites & couldn't continue eating it.

For whatever reason, I didn't mention it to the server while my husband was in the middle of the meal & I simply lost my appetite. When we asked for the bill, the server noticed I hadn't eaten the dish & asked if I wanted it boxed. I explained that I hadn't liked it & that it seemed undercooked. She kindly offered to replace it, but by that point we had already spent our evening there & just wanted to leave, so I declined.

I'll admit I was a little surprised when the bill came & the dish was still fully charged, especially considering it had essentially not been eaten at all. We didn't make an issue of it & paid, but it did leave an impression for sure. We left feeling a bit disappointed & it certainly took away from what could have otherwise been a nice evening.

Incredible food, fresh pasta & pizza in wood oven. Very good & very fast service. The desserts were also very good, big enough to share. Honestly everything was delicious. My kids looooove it too & wanted to go back the next day.
