Delicious food & great service. We had Cesar salad, steak, seafood linguine & the warm apple tart with ice cream. My only issue was they tried to seat us at the farthest table in the back corner even though we had a reservation snd there was plenty of empty tables. When we said we didn't want that table the hostess said she had to ask if any other table was available. The manager saw we were not happy & moved us in the middle right away. Second time this happened to us. Never saw this anywhere else I think they try to fill the less popular tables first .Voir plus

I had the rack of lamb & it comes with the garlic mashed potatoes & asparagus which were really good 10/10 for the dish itself. The apple crumbs pie? Wow it'll have your toes curled up. 100/10😍 Cons : My friends had the surf & turf & the salmon which I don't really recommend. I want to take some time & say thank you to Nia, Theodore, Joey & all the staff at 40 Westt. This year was my first year hosting a staff Christmas party for 18 people & Nia was absolutely amazing to work with. She's an amazing event coordinator at this establishment & really helped me pick the right menu for my party. Theodore, our head waiter for the night was absolutely amazing along with all the other waiting staff & management whom I had the pleasure to interact with during the evening. CUSTOMER SERVICE DESERVES NOT 5 STARS BUT 10! Food & drinks were served in a timely matter & the food from the Canapés all the way to the dessert was absolutely Delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone & I can't wait to come back for a simple dinner date with my husband & to host more parties here in the future! Amazing restaurant, steaks cut to order by the in-house butcher. Grilled to perfection on hardwood charcoal, the steaks were tender & flavourful. Pricing is very reasonable for a high-end steakhouse.Voir plus

This was our 30th wedding anniversary & as always, we had a wonderful time at the 40 Westt. The food & wine selection is outstanding. Our waiter Sergio was friendly, professional & answered any questions in an informed manner. The Cosmo cocktail was the best I've ever had. While my husband DEVOURED the Surf & Turf with 6 oz Prime Filet Mignon, I feasted on the Seafood Linguini... a literal mountain of succulent seafood with the most gorgeous tomato saffron bisque sauce. I have eaten around the world & worked in restaurants for about six years. 40 Westt is an institution & nothing I say will have any effect, but, you have been warned. At these prices, I would have expected perfection. This is nowhere near the service or food subtlety I expect for the prices they are asking. To say I am disappointed doesn't cover it.
