Had a wonderful birthday here. The fish was fresh & buttery, the gyoza were flavourful & the crispy tuna was savoury albeit a bit too crispy for me. Cocktails were balanced & delicious, & the service was attentive & kind. Also the desserts were surprising & original. Would recommend coming for a special occasion!
First time dine at Yubari. In the beginning the service was a little bit slow, we were waiting around 10 minutes to get water then our server came. The food was amazing, for stater we ordered spicy & truffle edamame ( you have to try the truffle edamame) & miso soup, delicious. For entree we had makis : fuubutsushi (salmon), kanbina (tuna) & furusato (wagyu, this one is must try) & sashimi chef choice premium, our server's suggestion & he was right it was amazing. After order, the service was moving well, our foods came in partial, it gives us sometimes to really enjoy each dish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant & come back again.
Wow!! Quel magnifique endroit situé dans le Vieux Port de MTL. Les sushi étaient délicieux. Un service 5 étoiles avec une ambiance formidable. Je recommande Yubari à tous!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the food was spectacular & for someone who doesn't typically like sashimi this was by far my fave.. super fresh & not fishy! The sushi was excellent my favourite one was the wagyu but all of them were top tier. The service was great as well, my glass of water was always full & my cocktail (iced honey) was delicious & constantly replenished. The waiter was super kind & the director Karine was such a pleasure to talk to, you can tell that this place is run with not only class but love. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual evening or a big bash.

I had high expectations but was disappointed. The sushi's didn't taste very fresh & for the price, I've definitely had better. I'd actually recommend Hidden Fish for much better quality & service. That being said, the place is cute but the music is very loud - we were shouting at each other across the table. I did really like their fried chicken though - good portion & very tender. That I'd recommend.
Un restaurant tout simplement incroyable, le repas était juste & délicieux, ça faisait longtemps que mes papilles ne c'était pas autant régalé. Je peux dire sans aucun doute que yubari fait désormais parti de mon Top 3 à Montréal. Je vous le recommande vivement. Un certain prix mais qui les vaut amplement. Le service était impeccable aussi. Des serveurs & serveuses attentionnées. & la décoration nous a coupé le souffle à notre arrivée. Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe qui a su nous créer une soirée fabuleuse.
Amazing vibe!! Modern take on 70's retro style, super comfortable seating, elegant & fancy decor starting with the entry ! Went with my sister , perfect spot to catch up with friends or just have an intimate dinner with a loved one. The staff were very friendly & professional, always asking about allergies & any special request. As the waiter would bring you the food to the table, they would present to you your order with detailed ingredients. We started with truffle sauces grilled edamame with peach spritz & peach margarita. We then ordered Yubari signature maki, with Yugen, Kinsugi & Ora King salmon sashimi. Everything tasted as amazing as it looked! I already recommended this place to my friends! Will definitely come back again! Thank you so much for the service!

Excellente expérience au Yubari, merci à Marc André de nous avoir créé un menu sur mesure nous permettant de nous laisser guider les yeux fermés .. Brian, le gérant, s'est également assuré que tout se passe bien pour nous & les tables voisines. Le cadre est également à coupé le souffle, la nourriture est de très bonne qualité. Je recommande sans hésitation
The food here is incredible the fish is so fresh & the plating is stunning so beautiful & tasty. I would recommend the sashimi bowls & that beef tataki! The decor & ambiance is also so amazing & viby great photo opportunities. Also the waiter Brian is so fantastic at what he does he's really a gem. & Karine the general manager is the sweetest & cares about the client's needs. The team here is solid not to mention the head bartender is fantastic & creates the most fabulous drinks!
I went there during Formula 1 & what a wonderful experience it was. We met Brian who took such a good care of our table. From the appetizers through some excellent wine recommendation, it was an absolute pleasure. I recommend this place, & wish you to meet Brian.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive & friendly, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The highlight, of course, was the food. Every dish we ordered was a delightful blend of flavors & beautifully presented. I also appreciated the thoughtful beverage selection, including the creative cocktails. It's clear that a lot of care & expertise goes into every aspect of the dining experience. Yubari exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend !!!

If you're looking for high-quality sushi in a beautifully decorated, fancy setting, I highly recommend this place. It's similar to Jatoba but with smaller table sizes. The interior is beautifully styled. They offer luxurious ingredients like wagyu, truffle, & caviar. The prices reflect the upscale nature of the restaurant, falling into the $$$$ category. There is limited street parking available, & valet service is also offered. The service is excellent, making it a great choice for a special night out.
