La nourriture était fade. Les pâtes Alfredo & au canard sans goût. La pieuvre trop cuite. Les escargots noyés dans le beurre & peu d'ail. Les pizzas étaient correctes par contre, le four a pizza en est sûrement pour quelque chose. La burrata n'était pas assez coulante, venant d'un restaurant italien, on s'attendait à mieux! Les cocktails étaient par contre adéquats.
Côté service, nous sommes arrivés tôt (17h30), avant le rush. Malgré cela, le service était particulièrement lent. Nous devions redemander à répétition du poivre, parmesan, huile, ustensiles, etc. Le parmesan n'est jamais arrivé! Nous avons même annulé notre seconde bouteille de vin car après 20 minutes elle n'était toujours pas arrivée.
Le staff ne connaissait pas le menu, ni la carte des vins. Le vin est du vin à 14$ la bouteille vendu 65-80$, & la sélection laisse à désirer. Je travaille dans le milieu & peux dire sans crainte que la carte pourrait être revue afin d'améliorer l'expérience client.
Les chaises sont plutôt inconfortable, quelqu'un ayant un peu d'embonpoint ne pourrait définitivement pas s'asseoir confortablement.
En hiver, toute la section du bas se fait'drafter' par le froid à chaque ouverture des portes puisque le restaurant ne se donne pas la peine de fermer la seconde porte du portique pour éviter cette situation. Un grand rideau noir à été installé pour limiter l'effet mais c'est nettement insuffisant.
Nous avons remarqué pendant notre repas une multitude de livraisons. Je suppose que le restaurant priorise les livraisons avant les clients sur place?
Dans le quartier des spectacles, Tiamo est un restaurant qu'on ne peut qu'aimer.
Salade ti amo, poulpe grillé, spaghetti, pizza : tout était délicieux! Une mention pour les desserts qui sont vraiment délicieux.

It was a snowy night outside but inside a brick oven had the place so warm, the wine went perfectly with the pasta dishes & the salads & yes the pizza were just perfect. The magical carrot cake was such a surprise!
J'ai apprécié l'ambiance du lieu ainsi que le service. La qualité de la cuisine est à saluer car les pâtes à pizza étant cuites au four, cela apporte une vraie touche de saveur.
J'enlèverai ceci étant une étoile par rapport au prix, que je trouve un peu excessif.
Un vrai coup de coeur ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Dès l'entrée, ça sentait incroyablement bon ! Je n'avais pas faim en arrivant, mais la nourriture était tellement incroyable que j'ai tout dévoré. Le service est attentionné, le personnel professionnel, gentil & chaleureux, ils ont fait d'excellentes suggestions. L'ambiance est conviviale & réconfortante. Chaque plat est préparé avec soin & déborde de saveurs ; on sent vraiment que tout est fait avec passion. Les portions sont généreuses, la pizza, on l'a partagée à deux sans problème. Je recommande à 100 % !

Pizza was forgotten on a table of 8. They cooked it asap, but it came undercook, had to recook it. Otherwise food was good & table d'hôte price is really decent!
Dans les rues de Montréal à la recherche d'un bon restaurant lors de more petite escapade en famille, nous avons découvert ce petit restaurant très discret. Bonne ambiance & pizza superbe delicieuse. Mon époux fan d'Italie a exprimé sa joie d'avoir retrouvé une pizza vraie comme il avait l'habitude d'en manger en Angleterre. Fait à la main & au four , que demander de plus?

With the affordable price 100$ for 2 person with 3 drinks 1 pizza for share & 2 meals of pasta. The food is ok, good to try something new, but not'wow'
Tiamo was absolutely delicious! Their wood fire pizzas were mouth watering & the perfect size. Wine was yummy & hit the spot. The service was good, but nothing special. We would definitely come back for the food & gorgeous ambiance.

The pizza was decent, but had a lot of flour at the bottom & was not cooked evenly all around. The service was slow & took forever to take our order, although they did make sure to fill up our water glasses frequently.
The music was very loud, especially on the second floor, & made having conversation difficult.
Good cocktails (8/10) & the brie appetizer was also good (8/10). But the mains : ravioli & pizza were a big letdown (4/10). Overall, a nice spot for drinks & a chat, but not for dinner.

We just went there with my family to celebrate my wife's birthday. It is a hidden gem. I was not expecting the service & food to be this good. Our waitress was amazing & she was always around but like bothering too much amount. She gave suggestions. We ordered octopus, al ragu, Alfredo & for the kids cheese pizza (custom made since it is not on the menu). Everyone liked their food. Waitress suggested a mocktail for my wife for her birthday & she really liked it. The octopus was the best I have ever had & I am from Turkey so I know what I am talking about. Pasta was cooked perfectly. They also surprised us with a birthday dessert & sang happy birthday to us. We really felt special at this place. I don't know why some people say the portions are too small. I think it was perfect. The place is not actually for kids but they accommodated them perfectly not like some of fine dining restaurants where you feel that as a family that you are not welcome. The atmosphere was good. It was not cold or hot. The music was not too noisy so we cannot hear ourselves. Basically, I can recommend this place for dates or even for small family celebrations. The price is OK, I would not say it is cheap but compared to some other restaurants around they were reasonably priced.
