My original visit to Tiamo was disappointing to say the least, but was invited back by the owner to show me what is expected when dining at Tiamo.
From the time I arrived, I noticed a change. The drinks this time were all fantastic, the food was great. The service from Hans & Bianca was excellent. Water was constantly being topped up 😂.
I would change the chips served with the tartare to croûtons.

Très bon restaurant que j'ai pu découvrir plusieurs fois durant mon séjour. J'y ai goûté plusieurs pizza & pâtes, tout était très bon & de bonne qualité. Merci aux serveurs pour leurs conseils.
La barmaid Amanda est également très pro & gentille avec un service de qualité. Les cocktails sont très bons.

For my boyfriend & I's anniversary we had made a reservation for 8:30. Our table was not ready & we were sat infront of the kitchen, not pleasant. We were told that we would be moved to our table shortly, but only were placed at a small table in a corner around 9:20. The waiter was very nice & compensated by offering a free drink. On top of it, we had placed our food order around 8:50 while being near the kitchen, & only received our food at 10:20. The food was good but the service was disappointing for a day that was meant to be so special. It's a shame because I really do like this restaurant & wish more could've been done for my boyfriend & I to have enjoyed our dinner more.
Loved it! We did have a reservation & still needed to wait 20-25 min. Although our server gave us welcome shots to accommodate for the wait. I'd love to see a dedicated vegan option as I just got a salad.
Phenomenal food & drinks! Love the aesthetic too. Very nice for a relaxing evening outing. Maybe one of the best Italian restaurants in some time. Salute to Amanda for the 10/10 bartending
Jai appeller pendant 3 jours , au total 15 appels. Jai réussit à parler une fois avec une dame la premier journée. Nous voulions faire une réservation pour un très beau 25e anniversaire, elle m'a donner un courriel & je n'ai jamais eu de reponse. J'essaye d'appeler depuis & personne ne me réponds. Je suis vraiment déçu & énervé.

I went to Tiamo on a date with my partner & we had such a great experience overall. The food was absolutely amazing - everything tasted fresh & full of flavor. We shared a burrata to start, then had a Margherita pizza & the Medaglioni Florentine (which was insanely good), & finished with a fresh cannoli for dessert. We also each had a refreshing lemonade, & the total came to $122 tip included, which felt reasonable for the quality.
One thing to keep in mind is that they use a wood-fired oven for the pizza, which gives it that delicious, slightly smoky flavor - but your clothes might smell a bit like smoke afterward.
The only small downside was that we waited quite a while for the food, but honestly, it was worth it once everything arrived.
Overall, a really nice spot for a date with high-quality, authentic-tasting food. I would definitely go back!
