We went in v optimistic but only the pizza seemed to come any close to our expectations. They've quite a variety of cocktails tho!
We were visiting from out of town & had a 6:30pm reservation for 6 people. We arrived a couple minutes early & were seated. No one came to see us until 6:50pm… we got our first drink at 7:20pm. Literally one hour after we arrived. They brought us bread AFTER we finished our appetizers which was an hour & a half into our experience. Every table around us (who arrived after us) was served & gone with new guests seated with drinks before we got our meals. Nothing was said, no manager came over to apologize. Nothing. It wasn't that busy. I am in the industry & there was zero hospitality. If we had received our drinks in a reasonable amount of time, we likely wouldn't have noticed all the other issues. Pizza was good… everything else was under-seasoned. I wouldn't return. Montreal has such a great selection of restaurants where customer experience is a priority. This is not one of them.
I came here to celebrate Father's Day & my brother's 20th birthday. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, & the décor is beautiful. Unfortunately, the food was below my expectations.
I ordered the Carbonara & the Alfredo pasta, & both dishes were quite bland. Not only did they lack flavor, but they also tasted very similar despite being different menu items. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience, especially for a special occasion.
For 1k it could've been better... too many posers & IG people.... maybe some music .. maybe make it fun... 1k & no bottle of wine...
My best friend & I had an amazing experience at Tiamo. Bianca & Oleksandra accommodated my bestie who is vegan & created a custom pizza, loaded up with every veggie they had! The atmosphere is modern & lively & the cocktails were very elevated & polished. We had such a great time chatting with all the staff. Highly recommend!
Arrivé dans ce resto relativement tôt pour l'heure du souper. Au début, un serveur nous a placé à l'étage où ya les tables mais un autre bien moins sympathique nous a placé en bas en face du bar. C'était heureusement le seul petit accro. Ensuite, une serveuse formidable s'est occupé de nous. On a commandé 2 pizzas 4 fromages & méditerranéenne. C'était très bien. Les drinks aussi.
Je recommande de réserver avant de se déplacer pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

À notre arrivée, je suis restée debout à attendre & personne n'est venu nous accueillir. Par la suite, la serveuse Laura nous a très mal traitées & nous avons eu l'impression de déranger.
Pendant notre présence, on nous a demandé plusieurs fois de changer de place pour des clients qui ne sont finalement jamais venus. Malgré nos consommations & notre repas, le personnel est resté froid, arrogant & irrespectueux.
Le gestionnaire a été témoin de la situation sans intervenir.
Je n'ai aucun problème à payer pour un bon service. Par contre, payer pour être traité avec mépris est inacceptable.
En quelques heures seulement, nous avons été déplacées plusieurs fois sans raison valable, traitées avec arrogance & constamment mises mal à l'aise alors que nous étions des clientes qui consommaient normalement. Le plus choquant n'est même pas l'attitude du personnel, mais le fait que la direction ait laissé faire sans intervenir.
Un établissement reflète toujours son management. Si c'est ainsi que les clients sont traités, alors le problème va bien au-delà d'une simple mauvaise journée.
Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds ici & je déconseille fortement cet endroit à toute personne qui s'attend à recevoir le minimum de respect en échange de son argent.
