I usually enjoy The Keg, but this location in Laval was disappointing. The kitchen consistently fails to cook the steak to the requested doneness - it seems they have real trouble understanding what'rare' or'medium rare' actually means. Even the server wasn't sure how the steak would come out, which says a lot.
The rest of the experience was fine but when you go to a steakhouse, getting the meat right should be the most basic thing. Unfortunately, they just can't seem to get it right.

Thr food was fantastic, couldn't enjoy a better steak then this restaurant. Service was excellent, my wife & I enjoyed it when our waitress Caroll-Ann was delightful with us & adored our anniversary. Thank you Caroll-Ann!

We had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, & the service was absolutely perfect. Our waitress, Sabrin, was gorgeous, so kind, & incredibly helpful - she truly made the evening special. We were celebrating my parents' anniversary, & the staff went above & beyond to make it unforgettable. They even surprised my parents with a dessert on the house as a sweet gift - such a thoughtful gesture! Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the service was top-notch. We'll definitely be coming back!
Nous avions réserver pour 16:30 vu que nous avions un spectacle après le restaurant, c'était notre première soirée en tant que nouveaux parents d'aller au restaurant seulement ensemble en amoureux & de finir notre soirée avec un spectacle nous avions reçu une carte cadeau du Keg de notre merveilleux courtier immobilier vu que nous avions acheter notre première maison en décembre dernier. Nous en avons profiter pour bien commencer la soirée, que dire du service de notre serveuse ! WoW exceptionnelle elle s'appelait Jessica , grande , super fine ! Je n'est rien à dire elle nous a super bien servie, écouter & même gâtée avec un petit gâteau à la fin , elle ne le sais peut être pas mais CE service nous a vraiment faites du bien nous nous sommes retrouvées moi & mon amoureux en tant que couple & non parents cette soirée la! Je la remercie pour son merveilleux service & je souhaite à tout le monde de l'avoir. :)

offre une ambiance chaleureuse & soignée, avec un service toujours professionnel. C'est un lieu où l'on se sent à l'aise, parfait pour un repas agréable sans complication. Simple & élégant, c'est une valeur sûre. En pensant à écrire un message au Keg, ça m'a tout de suite fait penser à un autre restaurant dont j'ai vraiment pas aimé l'atmosphère. Mais j'ai quand même écrit le commentaire sur cet autre resto avant. & après, je me suis dit, coudon, il faut vraiment que j'écrive un commentaire sur le Keg. Vraiment classy comme restau !

Étant coeliaque, Le service était attentif & la serveuse était très sympathique, nous expliquant bien les options disponibles. Double vérification avec le chef, qui prends la peine de venir nous voir pour confirmer nos choix.
C'est un endroit magnifique pour les réunions de famille ou avec des amis, vous pouvez très bien parler parce que la musique n'a pas le volume élevé, en plus de permettre un environnement intime ou privé selon l'occasion. l'excellente nourriture & le magnifique service, Dominico (Nico) nous a donné un service de première classe.
Je tiens à souligner le service exceptionnel du serveur prénommé Nathan. Ce dernier s'est montré courtois & attentionné du début à la fin de notre service. En espérant que ses patrons puissent lire ce commentaire afin de savoir que cet employé effectue un travail d'une qualité remarquable.
