I'm very regular customer at Starbucks cafe guy Concordia .im usually take my cafe from this cafe because they have kind of employer so kind & very friendly but to be honest I don't feel well since when I hear that two of girls working there they quit them because some point it's not worth it
Those two girls I know them since almost 4 years first one am Lily & second one Stevie unfortunately the bad rules at Starbucks they give let them leave work this not fairly what happened with this two girls

One of my favorite place is Starbucks.
One big advatange is that is near of my school & i can buy something before my firts class but the place has many negatives things for me:
* Is very small
*Don't have tables for customers (eating there)
* Don't have machines for fast order
*Don't have one complete menu , have little options the menú
*Don't find the new merchance

Nice Starbucks location, veey convenient..but what I liked most is the service when I came. The guy making my coffee was very pleasant, helpful & friendly. It makes all the difference between me wishing to come back or not. I read some reviews that not every customer is so lucky to have a cashier or barista who cares, but I guess it depends on who serves you & who works that day, as they are all mostly students. & of course how nice you are as a customer affects how nice they are back to you.
If I want to go to Starbucks, I would definitely come back here again.

Nous sommes de passage à Montréal & vous avez déjeuner 3 jours dans ce Starbucks.
Les boissons sont super bonnes & les serveurs tres disponibles & aimables.
Ce dernier jour, une erreur de commande a été faite & le serveur m'a offert pour compenser un gateau sucette au chocolat. Ce geste est tres apprécié.
Leur matcha est succulent.

This used to be our favorite spot - my husband, our small dog, & I would come here often. We'd order a latte, sit at a table outside, chat, & soak in the energy of the day. Our dog loved being with us, quietly enjoying the moment & watching the street life pass by. The coffee was always delicious, the staff friendly, & the atmosphere welcoming.
Unfortunately, today we were told we could no longer sit on the terrace because the café isn't pet-friendly. We were quite surprised, as we had never seen any sign about it - & we had seen many other guests with dogs before. Sadly, we had to leave. It's disappointing, as we truly enjoyed coming here as a little family. Now we'll have to look for a new place.
C'était notre endroit préféré - nous y venions souvent avec mon mari & notre petit chien. Nous commandions un latte, nous nous installions à une table en terrasse, nous discutions & faisions le plein d'énergie pour la journée. Notre chien adorait être avec nous, profiter de l'instant & observer la vie de la rue. Le café était toujours délicieux, le personnel accueillant, & l'ambiance agréable.
Malheureusement, aujourd'hui, on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions plus nous asseoir en terrasse car le café n'est pas pet-friendly. Nous avons été très surpris, car nous n'avions jamais vu de panneau l'indiquant - & il y avait souvent d'autres clients avec leurs chiens auparavant. C'est vraiment dommage, car nous aimions sincèrement cet endroit en famille. Il va falloir maintenant chercher un nouveau lieu.

Tonight we went to Starbucks to grab a drink, & my friend wanted to use the birthday offer. But the cashier completely ruined the vibe with her attitude, acting like we were trying to scam them. She eventually gave my friend the drink after checking her ID, her last date of purchase,etc..!!! but her behavior was so disrespectful. Honestly, I expected way better from Starbucks! never happened to have any problem until tonight.

Usually I go here 4-5 times weekly & order by mobile. Service always good & fast. However, the girl who worked today at reception was really rude to me. She basically treated me like a homeless like warn me they don't give full cup cuz I ordered less ice, like I never afforded to pay for Starbucks. Thank you girl. I will never come back after using all my balance.

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly! I wasn't sure if I could use a reward & the cashier was able to help me quickly Keep in mind I went at an off peak time
