Extremely Disappointing Starbucks Experience

This was by far one of the worst Starbucks experiences I have had. I travel frequently throughout Canada & the United States & visit Starbucks locations on a regular basis. Never before have I been charged an additional $6 for steamed cream in a coffee. But here they ask for & I refused to pay & very disappointed.The charge seemed unreasonable & completely inconsistent with my experience at countless other Starbucks locations

Beacoup trop de glace dans le café glacé & très peu de café, j'ai ajouté un extra shot d'espresso & il l'on oublié, au prix du café cest sa fait aucun sens très déçu

The staff is more or less pleasant. I feel like they changed their staff because they have been getting my orders wrong. It gets pretty packed during exam seasons so you need to get there early if you plan to study. The service is pretty slow, I understand that it can get busy but measures should be taken for a quicker service. When I have more time I prefer going to the one on Saint-Martin, this one is only convenient because it is close to my house.

Do I love Starbucks? Yes. Do I love this location? Meh 😅 I came on Friday May 15th & some (not all) team members have bad attitudes. I asked if my mobile order was ready since I was the only one standing there & the girl at the counter didn't want to double check if it was being prepared. Honestly the McDonald's next door gives better service than here. Pretty sad for somewhere where we pay double the price.

Je commande un lait au chocolat froid SANS GLACE & surprise, un iceberg dans mon verre. 1st, pourquoi de la glace dans un lait au chocolat ? Ça devient de l'eau c'est dilue. Sur 3 visites, vous vous êtes trompé 2x... Si vous mettez de la glace pour mettre moins de lait, augmentez le prix & cessez de faire ça.
