Do I love Starbucks? Yes. Do I love this location? Meh 😅 I came on Friday May 15th & some (not all) team members have bad attitudes. I asked if my mobile order was ready since I was the only one standing there & the girl at the counter didn't want to double check if it was being prepared. Honestly the McDonald's next door gives better service than here. Pretty sad for somewhere where we pay double the price.
Je commande un lait au chocolat froid SANS GLACE & surprise, un iceberg dans mon verre. 1st, pourquoi de la glace dans un lait au chocolat ? Ça devient de l'eau c'est dilue. Sur 3 visites, vous vous êtes trompé 2x... Si vous mettez de la glace pour mettre moins de lait, augmentez le prix & cessez de faire ça.
I usually get good service from this place, but this morning was something else... I was one of the first to arrive before the rush inside, & the last to get out. I understand that they had mobile orders & everything, but waiting 25 minutes to get a drink is not normal. I never waited that long before. I heard one barista say that she was doing the hot drinks & her colleague was doing the cold ones. But the one doing the hot drinks had the time to do all of her orders before the other barista started mine. Even the cashier saw me still sitting there & asked where my drink was...
Ordered at 8:59 as you can see, & I got my drink at 9:24...
The staff is extremely friendly at this location when I stop in the morning to pick up a coffee they know me by my first name & the cappuccino with almond milk is always perfect
The staff is always so nice. The wait is a bit long but there's a reason for that so drive thru make sure you have 20-25 minutes to kill. Other than that amazing.

Ça fait deux fois que j'y vais, j'ai pris une fois un matcha latte & l'autre un latte & les deux fois j'avais vraiment l'impression de boire du lait, décevant.. Mais le service était très bon & avec un beau sourire
J'ai demandé un petit cafe noir foncé ils m'ont donné café americano jai lui dit je prend pas ça elle a même réagi avec moi ni de changer le cafe ni remboursé mon argent

Best service ever, les filles au starbucks sont tlm gentilles & intentionnées, elles font de leurs mieux meme quand c'est très occupé, honnêtement le best starbucks in town !! 💖
