Disappointed with the drive-thru service. 5 July 2026 I ordered a S'mores Frappuccino, but they mistakenly made a plain Café Frappuccino as seen on the label. To make things worse, the drink had no flavor & tasted like water. Double-check your cups before leaving this branch!

If I could zero I would. The rudest cashier I ever crossed paths with, I asked a simple question to understand something about a coffee & she was insanely rude & then laughing at me with a colleague. I don't know her name but she's Asian!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The barista named Anya is consistently rude. She never greets customers, constantly rolls her eyes, & always seems annoyed that you're there. I've also heard about her attitude from multiple friends & family members, so it clearly isn't just my experience. Customer service shouldn't be like this.

Extremely Disappointing Starbucks Experience

This was by far one of the worst Starbucks experiences I have had. I travel frequently throughout Canada & the United States & visit Starbucks locations on a regular basis. Never before have I been charged an additional $6 for steamed cream in a coffee. But here they ask for & I refused to pay & very disappointed.The charge seemed unreasonable & completely inconsistent with my experience at countless other Starbucks locations

The staff is more or less pleasant. I feel like they changed their staff because they have been getting my orders wrong. It gets pretty packed during exam seasons so you need to get there early if you plan to study. The service is pretty slow, I understand that it can get busy but measures should be taken for a quicker service. When I have more time I prefer going to the one on Saint-Martin, this one is only convenient because it is close to my house.
