Waiting 25 mins at the drive thru is not normal when the inside is not busy at all. I recommend going inside instead.

J'ai commander un espresso secoué glacé, avec PEU de glace. Je suis au drive alors pas le temps de niaser, déjà que l'attente était longue. Je pars en réalisant qu'ils ont mis un BLOC de glace dans mon café. Peu de café mais beaucoup de glace. Pas satisfaite du tout. Référer vous au photos que j'ai prises.

The coffee is always great & the people are always super polite, but the drive through always takes forever, so expect to wait in line for at least 20 minutes if theres 5 cars ahead of you.

I've been here countless times & every one of these trips, the drive-thru line is at least a 15-20 minute wait. I suggest placing your order ahead of time using the app or go inside as you will save time this way. Besides that, my drinks always come out perfectly.

There is a lady at the drive-through who is always so warm & simply amazing!! She's always smiling & saying "Bonne journée ma chérie!" & it just brightens up my morning. This woman needs a promotion like NOW. 15/10

I don't understand how, with the addition of mobile orders, & this atlas a business decision by Starbucks itself, management does not seem to have enough hands on deck to support in store orders as drive-through & mobile orders are prioritized. Product may be good, but business decisions like this create a lack of proper customer service. Kind of sad for a company of that calibre!

I order drive thru on Tuesday/Wednesday morning around 7am & the lady is always so nice. It's in those little things that start off the day on a positive note. 😊 Surprisingly there's almost no wait when I go at that time.

I was ordering through drive thru. The lady who was taking my order is such a sweetheart. Very patient & helpful. She was greeting us with a lovely smile. You can tell she loves her job. The drinks are good, & there are a few mistakes, but they changed it right away.
