I placed a mobile order via the Starbucks app at 9:55 AM & set my pickup time for 10:40 AM. However, I did not receive my order until 11:00 AM.
Despite having nearly an hour to prepare my order in advance, the staff still made me wait an additional 20 minutes inside the store. The baristas were constantly chatting with each other, which led to multiple incorrect orders. At one point, three of the six baristas on shift were standing around talking to a single Uber Eats driver.
The only person working effectively was the cashier. She handled a long line of waiting customers & prepared food efficiently-shoutout to her for carrying the team.
While I appreciate team bonding & multitasking, staff need to stay focused when personal conversations start negatively impacting customer service.

The girl working at the cashier on April 26th was very unfriendly. She clearly did not understand the customer's request, & what made it worse was that when I tried to explain, she became very impatient & visibly unhappy. This created an uncomfortable experience, especially for an older customer.

The way I was treated was disappointing. This situation reflects a lack of proper training & consistency with company standards. I hope the management takes this seriously & ensures staff are better informed & more respectful with customers.

The cashier was not taking order properly. Wasted my time waiting for the second drink.drinks was poorly maked. The workers are not happy toward customers .

Nice Starbucks location, veey convenient..but what I liked most is the service when I came. The guy making my coffee was very pleasant, helpful & friendly. It makes all the difference between me wishing to come back or not. I read some reviews that not every customer is so lucky to have a cashier or barista who cares, but I guess it depends on who serves you & who works that day, as they are all mostly students. & of course how nice you are as a customer affects how nice they are back to you.

If I want to go to Starbucks, I would definitely come back here again.

Tonight we went to Starbucks to grab a drink, & my friend wanted to use the birthday offer. But the cashier completely ruined the vibe with her attitude, acting like we were trying to scam them. She eventually gave my friend the drink after checking her ID, her last date of purchase,etc..!!! but her behavior was so disrespectful. Honestly, I expected way better from Starbucks! never happened to have any problem until tonight.

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly! I wasn't sure if I could use a reward & the cashier was able to help me quickly Keep in mind I went at an off peak time
