I don't know what has been happening in the last few months but it seems like they're understaffed. It takes SO MUCH time to get your coffee. & when there is staff, they do anything but the orders. They clean stuff, they do inventory. Meanwhile there is 10 people waiting.

It's sad because this place used to be efficient & workers used to be welcoming.

It's good but always understaffed. It's not normal to have only one person juggling between taking the orders & making the drinks!! The wait time is always too long. Not once have I come & not waited at least 20 minutes. Do better.

The girl working at the cashier on April 26th was very unfriendly. She clearly did not understand the customer's request, & what made it worse was that when I tried to explain, she became very impatient & visibly unhappy. This created an uncomfortable experience, especially for an older customer.

The way I was treated was disappointing. This situation reflects a lack of proper training & consistency with company standards. I hope the management takes this seriously & ensures staff are better informed & more respectful with customers.

Closed before 10pm, didnt let us know we cant sit on the terrace, employee was not happy to be working (looked so done with being at work)..

Starbucks partner here from Chicago ! I wanted to first say thank you to the partners at this location. They were extremely nice & I had a good conversation with one of them (sorry for forgetting your name) but they made me feel right at home. I tried to eat items that they don't have in the U.S & it didn't disappoint 🔥 overall a great experience. Thanks guys (:

They're all strange at this branch to be honest. They'll never welcome you when you enter, & always late on orders.
