Came in wanting coffee but somehow walked out loving the lemon loaf more than anything else. I paired it with a simple iced latte & the combination was surprisingly good. The latte wasn't overly milky & still had a nice espresso taste. Everything tasted fresh & the staff was pleasant. Definitely getting that lemon loaf again.

⭐ 1/5 - Extremely disappointing customer service

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location.

I specifically ordered a small iced coffee, but I was given a large & charged accordingly, even though that was not the size I requested. On top of that, when I received my drink, it was simply black iced coffee with no milk or cream.

I went back to the counter expecting the situation to be handled professionally. Instead of trying to understand my concern or offering to correct the order, the employee simply told me that there was milk on the side & that I could add it myself. Her attitude made the situation even more frustrating. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable - I simply wanted the order I requested & paid for to be handled properly.

Mistakes happen, & I completely understand that. What makes the difference is how employees respond when a customer points out a problem. A simple explanation, apology, or offer to correct the order would have resolved the situation immediately. Instead, I was left feeling like I was inconveniencing the employee simply by asking for help.

After reading other reviews for this location, it seems that I'm not the only customer who has experienced poor customer service here. Of course, I cannot say whether those customers dealt with the same employee, & I can only speak about my own experience. However, seeing other reviews mentioning unfriendly or impatient service makes my experience even more disappointing & suggests that customer service at this location deserves more attention from management.

I hope management takes these concerns seriously & provides better training on communication, order accuracy, & basic customer service. I definitely expected better from Starbucks.

Every single time I ask for Matcha latte, they give me a regular coffee latte. Every damn time. I've wasted so much money here.

This used to be our favorite spot - my husband, our small dog, & I would come here often. We'd order a latte, sit at a table outside, chat, & soak in the energy of the day. Our dog loved being with us, quietly enjoying the moment & watching the street life pass by. The coffee was always delicious, the staff friendly, & the atmosphere welcoming.

Unfortunately, today we were told we could no longer sit on the terrace because the café isn't pet-friendly. We were quite surprised, as we had never seen any sign about it - & we had seen many other guests with dogs before. Sadly, we had to leave. It's disappointing, as we truly enjoyed coming here as a little family. Now we'll have to look for a new place.

C'était notre endroit préféré - nous y venions souvent avec mon mari & notre petit chien. Nous commandions un latte, nous nous installions à une table en terrasse, nous discutions & faisions le plein d'énergie pour la journée. Notre chien adorait être avec nous, profiter de l'instant & observer la vie de la rue. Le café était toujours délicieux, le personnel accueillant, & l'ambiance agréable.

Malheureusement, aujourd'hui, on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions plus nous asseoir en terrasse car le café n'est pas pet-friendly. Nous avons été très surpris, car nous n'avions jamais vu de panneau l'indiquant - & il y avait souvent d'autres clients avec leurs chiens auparavant. C'est vraiment dommage, car nous aimions sincèrement cet endroit en famille. Il va falloir maintenant chercher un nouveau lieu.
