coffee(3)25min to make a latte? I'd understand if you were understaffed, but there were at least 5 staff members working & it was quiet inside. Mentioned something about it taking long & the employee got offended. No wonder lots of Starbucks locations are closing
Dissapointed that I always ask for less ice/a bit of ice & end up with half of my 10$ drink with ice. Never have issues at other locations. This is after I took out almost all the ice.
This location almost always gets your order wrong. They'll give you the wrong food or someone else's order. Forget even asking for light ice, they fill up the entire cup with ice when you ask for light ice, regardless of the format.
I have given this Starbucks 4 chances drive thru & going inside to get my order. It is a disaster, nobody makes the same recipe. Each cold brew I have ordered has been the worst. Each one has tasted like toffee, do you know what we pay for your coffee? Staff is rude I will not be going back. The only benefit of this location is that it is at a good location, otherwise it's no bueno
Nice Starbucks, friendly staff, good coffee, clean vibe overall. Been coming here often since I live around the area. But honestly… it's getting a bit ridiculous with the amount of people camping on laptops for hours. 😅
Sometimes actual customers who come in, buy coffee, & just want to sit down & enjoy their drink can't even find a place to sit. Feels more like a coworking space than a coffee shop lately.
Nothing against students or remote workers, but there should still be some balance so regular customers can actually enjoy the café experience too ☕🪑
Je suis allée vendredi vers 9h50 juste avant la fermeture & les employés étaient tout de même de très bonne humeur! Je ne suis jamais déçue lorsque j'y vais, les boissons sont réussies & il n'y a jamais d'erreur dans les commandes. Un gros merci!!!

I've now had the same frustrating experience three times at this Starbucks, & it's clearly not a one-off issue. Each time, I placed a coffee order in advance through DoorDash for pickup. When I arrived, I gave my name & clearly explained that I was the customer picking up my own order-not a delivery driver-& that there was no need to package it for transport.
Despite repeating this multiple times on each visit, the staff consistently treated me as if I were a courier picking up for someone else. It felt like they weren't listening at all. The interaction came across as disorganized & disengaged, with little effort to understand a simple request.
Beyond that, the overall service felt unmotivated & lacking basic awareness. There seems to be confusion among staff about how to handle mobile or third-party orders, & it shows in the customer experience. After three similar visits, it's hard to overlook the pattern.
I hope management takes a closer look at staff training & communication, because this kind of repeated misunderstanding makes what should be a quick, easy pickup unnecessarily frustrating.
