Client fidèle depuis plusieurs années, je recommande souvent ce restaurant à mes amis. Malheureusement, ma visite d'hier a été décevante.

J'ai commandé un plat que je prends habituellement, mais le poulet était très dur & difficile à mâcher. Après avoir retourné l'assiette, une deuxième est arrivée, mais elle semblait encore trop cuite ou réchauffée. J'ai finalement commandé autre chose.

Ce qui m'a le plus déçu, c'est qu'on m'a facturé l'assiette retournée en plus du repas de remplacement. Dommage, car jusqu'à présent j'avais toujours eu de très bonnes expériences dans ce restaurant.

I've been here quite often, food is good most of the time but the last time i went there was my food tasted a little off. The server never came back to see how our meals were so at the end when she cleared the table I passed her my FULL plate & mentioned it tasted off so i didn't eat it, Her response was okay & that was the end of the conversation. I received a bill for the meal I didn't eat & no one came back to ask about it.
