Best service by far from the barista Yoanna. She's super sweet & patient with customers, & makes amazing custom drinks. Loved my experience & would definitely recommend.

I've been a customer of this store for many years, but recently my experiences have been quite disappointing. The management seems to have some issues. When I ask questions in a friendly manner, the staff respond coldly & without enthusiasm. Also, more than one customer has experienced longer waiting times compared to before. The service used to be much better, so I'm not sure if this is due to a change in staff.
