I went to study there, I ordered a sandwich & a drink. The entire staff was so sweet & thoughtful. They gave me a free cake pop for the wait, which wasn't even long in my opinion nor was I bothered. They even helped customize my drink after it was a bit bitter. The ambiance is also very cozy. This is the first place I've gone to where the entire staff is full of sweethearts.

Yesterday I walked into this Starbucks to meet another bereaved mom… & I walked out feeling the kindness of complete strangers in a way I'll never forget.

A simple moment turned emotional, & your team didn't just serve coffee-they showed real compassion. There were tears, a hug from a stranger, & then your staff quietly took care of my drink & even added a cake pop with so much love.

You didn't have to do any of that… but you did. & it meant everything.

In a world that can feel so heavy, this moment reminded me that kindness is still very real.

I went to this Starbucks location yesterday to claim my free birthday drink & the girls & the managers were so amazing!!! She even gave me a birthday pop! Such great team & makes me more than willing to return to this location!!

Messed up my order after I confirmed twice. Had to drive back. They threw my drink in the sink, no apologies, remade it, messed it up again. Nothing for wasting my time & making me drive back except attitude & another messed up $10 drink.

Ever since they changed the manager, to Helene, it has seriously started to become the best it has ever been. I used to avoid this location due to the poor customer service & atmosphere. But lately I've noticed an amazing change! Helene cares deeply about her customers, to not only give them quality drinks but as well as quality service. Pulling into the drive thru, we saw her consoling a customer, & after ordering our coffee, she had a great conversation with us about environment management ethics as well as her goals to making this Starbucks an enjoyable experience to all.

Lately I've been pretty disappointed at various Starbucks locations. The staff doesn't seem properly trained & when they don't know the answer to a question they seem unconcerned (I say all this having been a Starbucks barista for 2 years).

However, at the sources location today I was really surprised at the great service. The sandwich I asked for wasn't marked as sold out, & the manager overheard, so she gave me my entire order for free. As I was waiting, another customer's drink size was incorrect (although it wasn't, I heard her order it), & the barista immediately made her a new one. It was really nice to see them take the time to make it a good experience .
