Service here is always great! I often go through the drive through & Samantha is always such a pleasure.
My go-to spot for morning coffee with my husband. The coffee is always hot, smooth, & never bitter, & the blueberry muffin is warm & delicious. The staff are incredibly sweet, my order is never wrong, & the drive-through team is consistently kind, smiling, & wishing me a great day. Such a lovely way to start the morning.
Google says you open at 5:30 am. Your mobile app allowed mobile orders. I placed an order, went to your drive thru (around 6:15 am), no answer. I knocked on your drive thru window (I saw you guys inside) but no answer. I went to the lobby but it was locked & no one let me in.
It feels rude/illegal to be allowed to spend money & then not be able to collect what I ordered.

J'ai passer aujourd'hui le 4 janvier 2026 vers 7:45-7:53am dans le drive through & c'était myriam ou myrian une femme dans 20-25ans femme de couleur foncer avec des braids je lui est dit ma commands 2x & j'arrive & elle me donner un cappuccino a la fraise quand ma commander était un frappucino Large a la fraise avec crème fouettée & extra coulis de fraise & un jambon suisse fromage baguettes & j'ai échanger mes points & elle m'a donner un croissant fromage au lieu par la suite elle me donne un moyen Frappuccino à la fraise & me ment dans la face en me disant que c'était un large quand c'était un moyen malheureusement j'ai réaliser que le sandwich n'était pas celui que j'ai commander en route vers mon travail & je n'est pas pu faire demi tour puisque j'étais déjà en retard. Je suis très déçu du service donner. J'aimerais avoir des nouvelles .

Messed up my order after I confirmed twice. Had to drive back. They threw my drink in the sink, no apologies, remade it, messed it up again. Nothing for wasting my time & making me drive back except attitude & another messed up $10 drink.
Stop by for some refreshments & coffee basically, it was nice we decide to try as some of our friends warned us for bad past experiences here but we were getting late so we dicide to give it a try & it was actully the other way around, we get nice coffee & fast check in drive thru, seems the management is changed at this place for sure, recommended to everyone to go & get a nice hot coffee , have a good day
Ever since they changed the manager, to Helene, it has seriously started to become the best it has ever been. I used to avoid this location due to the poor customer service & atmosphere. But lately I've noticed an amazing change! Helene cares deeply about her customers, to not only give them quality drinks but as well as quality service. Pulling into the drive thru, we saw her consoling a customer, & after ordering our coffee, she had a great conversation with us about environment management ethics as well as her goals to making this Starbucks an enjoyable experience to all.
Pulled up to the Starbucks on Sources & the drive thru was shut down because of some police stuff in parking lot. Was a bit of a mess, but Helen we think she is the manager totally handled it. She actually came out & explained the situation to every single car one by one! That kind of care & effort is rare these days. Even with what looked like a short crew as well, she kept everything calm & positive. Honestly, she made what could've been a frustrating situation feel smooth. Major props to her!
I just want to know why is the drive through never open? There are always chairs blocking it. I have gone in the morning, At lunch, in the afternoon, on a weekday, on a weekend, not once was I able to. I do not like going in. It's near me, I take a quick drive on my break from work, drive through closed. So i stopped going.
I just walked out without buying anything. There were 5 people in line when I walked in & 10 minutes later those same five people were still in line. There were plenty of employees in the store but they were aggressively ignoring the customers in the store in order to serve the drive through.
David at the drive-thru this morning was AMAZING!!! Thank you for the positive experience, it's been a while since I've had such good customer service!
Watery warm drinks, no coffee taste. We had 3 of the same peppermint Moka, all bland & tasteless. We waited 30 mins for this plus one bland sandwich with eggs & bacon. I could have eaten cardboard & it would have barely tasted worse. The employees forgot one drink for us, the people next to us, & the uber drivers were waiting longer than everyone. Since when is Starbucks a low quality coffee shop with cheap sandwiches & drinks? My experience shows it went downhill. Do not recommend.
