I went to get a coffee then i saw this young man working with one hand, he was so kind to me with a nice smile working so hard, i heard him asking his manager if he can go home & the manager said no, that's so rude of the manager.

I go to Starbucks everyday for my pre-work coffee, & I have to say out of all the locations I've been to this one is the best for one reason … your employee Samantha is a ray of sunshine, & not only does she make a delicious coffee, but she makes my day every time I've been served by her. She is exactly who you want as a representative of your brand 🩷

I went to study there, I ordered a sandwich & a drink. The entire staff was so sweet & thoughtful. They gave me a free cake pop for the wait, which wasn't even long in my opinion nor was I bothered. They even helped customize my drink after it was a bit bitter. The ambiance is also very cozy. This is the first place I've gone to where the entire staff is full of sweethearts.
