Absolutely exceptional service at 10am on friday. The girl at the window was so professional & was perfectly bilingual! Seriously the industry needs more amazing baristas like her!

Lately I've been pretty disappointed at various Starbucks locations. The staff doesn't seem properly trained & when they don't know the answer to a question they seem unconcerned (I say all this having been a Starbucks barista for 2 years).

However, at the sources location today I was really surprised at the great service. The sandwich I asked for wasn't marked as sold out, & the manager overheard, so she gave me my entire order for free. As I was waiting, another customer's drink size was incorrect (although it wasn't, I heard her order it), & the barista immediately made her a new one. It was really nice to see them take the time to make it a good experience .
