Même si ce n'est pas la porte d'à côté pour moi, le Siboire Jacques-Cartier reste un incontournable à chacune de mes visites dans le coin.
?L'ambiance y est toujours conviviale & relaxante, tout particulièrement sur la très belle terrasse qui est parfaite pour profiter des belles journées. Le service est rapide, attentionné & chaleureux.
?Côté menu, la bouffe est excellente & le choix de bières artisanales impressionne à tout coup. Pour les indécis ou les curieux, je vous recommande chaudement le « 6 boires » : c'est la formule idéale pour faire de belles découvertes & goûter à toute la variété de leurs brassins.
?Un superbe endroit où je reviens toujours avec grand plaisir !

Le hummus maison & la poutine a la bavette etait delicieux. Jai egalement bien aimé ma bière qui a pu accompagner ce merveilleux repas. Voici la presentation de ce beau hummus maison au gout de carotte 😋😋

Super belle ambiance agréable !! Nous avons partagé l'entrée de choux-fleur qui était vraiment trop trop bon & quoi dire de la poutine à la bavette! Tout était simplement décadent! Nous reviendrons assurément! Très beau choix pour les bières ! Framboise & camerise … très très bonne
