Awesome food! Being a local, it was wicked awesome see a lot of new beers on tap (main reason why we went) & all of them we stellar as well. Sabro Slice was probably my beer of the night, close second would have been either Lewis or Stratageme! Definitely keep up the great work with new beers!
Endroit branché, nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 17h & il y avait beaucoup de monde. Beaucoup de choix de bières. Le serveur Maxime était très gentil & nous a raconté l'histoire de la brasserie. Très intéressant de jaser avec lui.
Toujours agréable d'aller au Siboire car l'ambiance est bonne, le service est excellent. J'apprécie aussi, un détail pour moi qui est l'espace que nous avons à la table; il y a de la place pour se lever, circuler au besoin.
J'anime les activités Fun Dating de l'Estrie au Siboire sur Cartier & j'adore l'endroit. C'est très convivial & ils ont souvent des nouvelles bières à découvrir. J'adore. & le service toujours génial.

This place hasn't changed much in the past decade or so. Pretty good food (especially entrees, & great fries), & excellent beer though their rotating beer menu is very IPA-heavy, which is great if you're into IPAs but not so much if you're not. The parking lot is quite small & difficult to get out of depending which direction you're headed, & street parking in the winter can be challenging too. Average prices, competent if not super-warm staff.
