Plusieurs choix de bières pour tous les goûts. Super ambiance. Parcontre, mon repas était décevant. La sauce était trop salé & les gnocchis en poutine étaient secs & trop grillés presque brûlés d'un côté, donc la sauce goûtait aussi le brûlé.

Bonjour,
Un mardi soir avec des places de libres. 6 pers. réservation 2 sem. d'avance pour se retrouver seuls à l'étage avec un groupe de 30 personnes qui parlaient avec un micro. lors d'une conférence. Nous nous entendions pas parler! Vraiment plate pour souligner le départ d'une de nos collègues de travail. Autre point: nous aimerions avoir des natchos au menu! Bonne journée!

Un point positif à signaler à propos du Siboire Jacques Cartier. Nous y avons mangé hier soir. Nous étions quatre. Malheureusement, en quittant le restaurant, mon épouse a oublié son cellulaire. Celui-ci a été récupéré ce matin & mis en sûreté. J'ai composé le numéro & le gérant du resto m'a répondu. J'ai pu ainsi, en fin d'après-midi, récupérer le cellulaire en question, pour la plus grande satisfaction de mon épouse.
Ce souci honore les exploitants du Siboire. Nous y retournerons.

La bière était bonne, la compagnie excellent, le plat succulent & le soleil nous chauffait la couenne sur la belle terrasse. Que demander de plus par une belle journée d'octobre. :)
