Nous mangeons régulièrement au Refuge des brasseurs & nous voulions essayer le Siboire comme remplacement à notre traditionnel diner du vendredi. Nous avons 1h pour manger & il nous en a fallu 1h30. Nous avons reçu nos plats un à 12:50, un autre à 13:00 & le dernier à 13:05. Bref, nous n'avons pas mangé en même temps & le temps fut trop long à notre goût. Heureusement, le serveur nous a expliquer que dans les cuisines une erreur avait eu lieu. Pour cette raison, la première tournée était payé par la maison & nous en sommes satisfait suite aux retards. Pour ma part, mon plat de gnocchi était fade & avec très peu de goût. J'aurais aimé que cet expérience ce passe mieux afin que notre groupe de 9 personnes puissent manger & boire à tous les vendredis au Siboire, mais ce sera pas le cas. Meeci pour votre temps.
