J'ai toujours eu un excellent service, mais hier le service a été très long. Je comprends qu'il y avait beaucoup de gens, mais on a eu de l'eau 30 minutes après notre arrivée & nous avons été servis un peu plus d'une heure après notre arrivée. Pour un repas du dîner, alors que l'on doit retourner au travail, le service a été long, mais le service était excellent mis à part ces deux commentaires & la nourriture était très bonne.
Excellent service, bonne bouffe & bonne ambiance. Nous avons appréciez notre expérience.

We always enjoy going to Siboire Jacques Cartier. My wife orders an Old Fashioned every time, as she also did yesterday. But it was different, not good. In fact it wasn't an Old Fashioned at all! They omitted the simple syrup! When we brought it up to the waiter, she simply shrugged & said that's how he made them. Maybe someone needs to teach him the recipe & tell him to follow it. That's how cocktails are made. You can't just do them as you wish whenever you want, otherwise you end up disappointing customers, & jeopardizing their return.
Other than that, great evening :)
J'ai mangé une poutine & la sauce était plus froide que chaude. Le service laissait a désirer. Un peu déçue cette fois comparativement aux autres visites.
Encore une fois, tout a été parfait. On a pu profiter de la terrasse. Le repas était excellent. La poutine au gnocci a été très prisée & très appréciée. Pour ma part, linguine au poulet était succulente. Merci à l'équipe qui fait tout pour qu'on se sente spécial chaque fois.
Food is fantastic! However, it does not make sense to make a reservation if there is not respect when asking previously for seats in the terrace.....
Service also may be improved: 2/4 of the pizzas were wrong served, ice never made it to our table....
