Great experience at this brewery! The space was very cool & had lots of bike themed decor. I had the "Dream of a Summer Fruit" IPA & it was delicious, highly recommend trying!

3 janvier 2025: Souper avec des amis & première fois pour moi. Belle ambiance, pas trop bruyant (au 2e étage), service chaleureux & sympathique. Repas bonne portion, différents choix pour tous les goûts, mais assurez-vous de demander votre viande à hamburger (cerf) bien cuite; elle peut arriver encore saignante ou rosée (la cuisson n'a pas été demandée ou suggérée). En somme, je donne un 4/5.

Après plusieurs visites, je me vois toujours apprécier cette succursale du Siboire. L'été la terrasse, l'hiver la vue sur le parc, les bières & les plats du moment en font une expérience très agréable. Parfait pour une sortie tranquille en couple ou une grande festoyade entre amis!

J'ai pris l'entrée de chou fleur frit honnêtement c'était étonnamment très bon. Ensuite, j'ai pris le tartare de saumon, malheureusement je trouve qu'il manquait un peu de goût mais tout de même passable. Le service & l'ambiance toujours très bien là-bas!
