The atmosphere & the food is for me better compared to the other Siboire restaurants. I would certainly recommend going there!
Superbe place! Les bières sont bonnes, l'ambiance est bonne. Kids friendly 👍🏼 J'ai pris le tartare de saumon. Manque de goût & par endroit il était partiellement gelé. Mon conjoint a pris le tartare de boeuf. Manque de goût. & malheureusement mon conjoint a fait un intoxication alimentaire. Il a été malade toute la nuit. C'est une situation désolant. J'imagine qu'avec un burger, son expérience aurait été différente.
It was a big exciting day for the Missus & I. We drove in the Sherbrooke to do a Costco run, & then a quick visit Canada's Store for a pair of rubber boots. We had planned lunch at Siboire afterwards so our level of excitement was pretty high. Parking: Rock Star parking. Seating: Nice table upstairs- partial window-view. Service: Our server was prompt & professional & spoke the language of the clients. Food: I hade the beef tartare, & the Missus chose a prosciutto & arugula pizza. I've dined at some pretty prestige bistros over the years & the tartare they served me was absolutely on par with the best one's I've had in Montreal, & France. Bravo freaking Zulu Chef! Sweetie's pizza was delicious to according to said Sweetie. Again, kudos to the Kitchen! Drinks: White wine for the Missus because that's the way she rolls. A 0% alc brown beer for me because I'm driving. According to many sources the pour that I received was cause for litigation, & cause for much worse than that in Ireland where I'm told the barman's well-being would be forfeit. All in all though, the place was lively, the food & service spot-on, & their bar-person needs to find a job- elsewhere.
Lucky for us that we had a waiter who could speak English & they had menus available as such. I had their house French Onion Soup which was fantastic. I also had poutine which was also very delicious. To drink, I had their Oak Stout which is a dark beer & very smooth. Great taste as well.
J'y suis allée pour prendre une bière & j'ai été conquise par le goût de l'IPA Nano. Wow!
Very nice place with very nice staff. Food is awesome & the beer is good. Would definitely recommend. 👌
Went for a quick snack after a day at the spa. Had the onion soup & the pizza. The pizza was delicious as was the beer.
Déçu car la bière que je préfère est la serbiere & elle n'était pas disponible.
Presque parfait. Seule ombre au tableau, mon macaroni au fromage n'était pas assez chaud...
J'ai l'habitude de prendre le tartare de saumon & hier, il était moins bon, il manquait quelque chose, comme de l'huile assaisonnée, je ne sais pas... Tout le reste était parfait!
Notre groupe a eu un excellent service & courtoisie de la part de l'équipe de service & de cuisine. nous avons adorés
Always a pleasure to be at Siboire (both Sherebrooke locations). Service is always friendly & INSIST on speaking English to us, even through we speak French. This choice they make, to simply try & engage with their customers in a friendly way, makes a big difference. I will continue to speak in French to them, & if they want to make me feel more welcome by practicing their English, I will appreciate their efforts even more.
Ne connaissant pas la région je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre, mais j'ai trouvé ce bijoux par hasard! La bouffe est bonne, très grand choix de bières - celles j'ai essayé sont sa coche - la déco est très originale & la serveuse semblait être sur le speed, bref super expérience!
