We went here looking for a snack & a good beer & that's what we got. I asked for a recommendation to the waitress for a NEIPA which was low on the IBU's, & she nailed it. My girlfriend got a fruitier beer which was red & she liked it too. We shared the "all dresses fries" & to our surprise they were really good! We will be returning.
We reserved the mezzanine for a birthday & it was amazing. The staff let us DJ our music, we had so much fun, the drink & food were good & the price was fair. The staff were AMAZING we had fun with them, we closed the restaurant & didn't feel push. They help with keeping the cake secret in their fridge & overwall will recommended this new place to our friend & family for sure. Thanks again for everything

I love this place for an assortment of reasons.....convenience (5 min walk from home max), service with a smile, & the beer (I always get the same, but I like it!) & food....those garnished fries....love them! It has replaced Les Soeurs Grises for us.
Great new pub, wonderful decor. I had the poke bowl as a "healthy" meal & it was absolutely delicious, but still ordered the fries & no regrets there! Very good beer.
We are so happy to have this brewery now in St Henri neighborhood! The ambiance is great, with nice uncluttered decor, high ceilings, brick walls, solid furniture, all windows.. &, of course, the beer is amazing! We also had the all dressed fries & they were excellent! & the prices are very reasonable.
Beer was awesome food was great had mussels & fries(lot of empty shells) but OMG bathroom downstairs not good for people using a cane. Forget about a wheelchair.

I met a friend here & it was my first ever visit to Siboire. I very much enjoyed the ambiance & decor. They have many sections to choose from with each one having a different look & feel. The flight of beer samples I had was excellent! The servers were friendly & courteous. I never did try the food but I'm hoping to on my next visit. 😎👍
Great new place in St Henri! Beautiful set-up, friendly staff & the food is DELISH. I recommend the beer tartare, brisket sandwich or poke bowl. They also serve non-alcoholic beer! Will be going back, for sure!
we went in it's brand new ness. beer was excellent I got a sweet herby beer. got fish & chips-- it was well fried, big portions. solid brewery to have a big group lunch

We stopped in the early afternoon for lunch with friends. 3 adults 4 kids. Great location, the ambiance is inviting just like the other Siboire in Sherbrooke. The staff was ready to welcome us as we stepped in. Bike parts & frames were hanging from the ceiling & walls a reminder of the sport that brought the owners together. We sat in a section that reminds the alleys & "ruelles vertes" of Montréal. Picnic tables, a green wall & a red brick floor. Warmth from the sun & a really friendly feeling. The food. We ordered the regular poutine, the Al Pastor poutine, the tacos, the Mac & cheese with brisket , the pasta & a cheeseburger. We were pleased with the portion, the presentation & everything was tasty. There is no kids menu & the portions are large you can easily have 1 plate for 2 kids. & the beer! We can't stop to Siboire without a glass or a pint of beer. The best selection & taste period.
