I am a huge fan of creating outdoor ambiance indoor, especially in a cold environment like Montreal where we don't have access to to the street for most of the year.
The street style decorations makes this bar a very cozy place to catch up. I absolutely adore the bath sink. If you don't know what I mean, go check out the toilets for yourself :)
The drinks were very nice, I particularly liked their IPA Test #182 & the Farfadets en Cavale. Homemade too!
The fries were also absolutely delicious, the smoky & spicy sauce was *chef's kiss*.
It can get a little loud when there are sports game happening, but it adds to the homey vibes of the place. Loved it, recommending it to everyone around me!
Slow service, overpriced, food is absolutely average for the price, beer offers nothing special. Decoration is nice.
If you buy a burger it does not come with fries, if you add them is 5 dlls more (for freezer fries).

Had an 18 person birthday party. Despite being a big group the service was organized & quick. Super friendly staff! Great food. We had an awesome time. Definitely heading back.
The service was friendly especially Jules. The smoked salmon apetiser was delicous. As well as the pear dessert. Will not get the ceaser salad next time that was ordinary.
Great atmosphere place! The design is cool & not boring 😎 Food is excellent & very friendly waiters! Definitely will come again, especially when it Grey outside, inside this place you can find a sun 🌞
If you're looking for a quiet night, keep walking, unless your definition of'quiet' includes cheering hockey fans, clinking glasses, & spontaneous toasts to total strangers. Siboire is the kind of place where you come for a beer & leave with new friends, slightly louder than when you arrived.
The beer menu have more kinds than metaphors in a bad poem. From the saintly discipline of their alcohol-free brew to the'someone call the fire department' power of the Vin d'orge barley wine, it's a full spectrum of happiness on tap.
Perfect for groups, hockey nights, & philosophical discussions that start with'Just one more.' The staff are friendly, the vibe is contagious, & the only thing stronger than the beer is the temptation to stay for another round.
If Montreal had a friendship factory, it would look a lot like Siboire.
Way more low key than the St. Laurent street loc. Our waitress was super nice & authentically friendly. Highly reco the Quaker stout beer. Haddock burger & fries was yummy. Not overly battered & a generous portion. Will definitely go back.
Came here with a big group. Making the reservation was extremely easy (for 15 people) & the service is always friendly & prompt. Great variety of drinks & the food is pretty good! Looking forward to our next visit. Merci!
Went there for brunch after an organized group ride with'Les Affamés'. Really enjoyed the experience! Brunch & beer options were good & the staff was on point. Really like that it is a cyclist friendly establishment with bike racka inside the restaurant. Go there after your next ride!
We used to go there regularly but today huge disappointment. French fries are dry, tasteless & a big let down. For an item that makes up the majority of their menu they should review their decision to cut down on quality. Fish from the fish & chip tasted as if the kitchen staff dropped the salt. Service is friendly however could be more efficient. With other excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood I'll pass next time. Their beer is excellent.

I know this is a microbrewery, but I have to make it known to the public that I ate THE best Mac N' Cheese I have ever eaten in my entire life here. On top of that, there is a wide selection of beers, the staff are super friendly & the atmosphere I actually prefer to the one on Saint-Laurent.
Enjoyed all the beers I tried recently on a quiet weekday afternoon. Nice variety of beers & friendly knowledgeable bartenders, offering samples & guiding choices. Would love to live close to this place to frequent it more often.
I went to the restaurant after work with some of my buddies & had a great time! The Staff are super friendly & make great recommendations for beers. I especially enjoyed their blonde beer. Their Fish & Chips is to die for. Don't forget to try out the tiramisu as as well. The interior design is very nice & the terrace was cozy. Our waiter & Busgirl were both extremely polite. Shout out to Ariane :)
Wow! Super friendly staff willing to teach everything about beer to a new "user". Had the fish & chips & the lamb papardelle & it was so so good. My kids had the Mac & cheese & they loved it. They were asking for more. Will definitely be back with my group of friends to sit in the beer garden. Congrats & welcome to the neighborhood.
