Cela fait un bon moment que je fréquente le Siboire, & j'y mange toujours très bien. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y aller, particulièrement en groupe. Il est facile d'obtenir une table, & la réservation pour un grand groupe se fait tout aussi simplement.
Je tiens également à souligner les serveurs qui sont toujours très agréables & serviables.

We had a group party here last night & I have to say that the service was absolutely fantastic. Our waiter was amazing (I forgot to ask for his name) as was the manager on site & the whole team that took care of us. The food was also delicious & we had a great time overall. Thank you so much for an amazing evening that was in the works for several months. You guys are an amazing team & we will certainly host other events there in the future. 10/10 recommend.

Depuis le changement de chef, la qualité de la cuisine a beaucoup baissé.

On s'ennuie des anciennes frites & sauces. Les portions aussi ont changées.

Les bières restent toujours aussi bonne, mais cest dommage de ne plus pouvoir aussi bien manger qu'avant.

I have been tasting beers by using a beer passport & this place is a win! Tasty beer in a trendy corner in a posh area. The food & beer menus are very good, & the ambiance is dominated by a big screen showing a soccer match. A large group celebrated each goal, adding a very festive mood. Lovely & attentive bartenders!

It was a good experience all in all, the buger was delicious. As for the speed of service, our order took a little bit of time but the restaurant was full which is quite understandable, also the side fries was cold. I ordered ketchup they forgot to serve, i asked another waiter & he served quickly.

The beer is great & the food is surprisingly tasty for a brewery. We got the poutine (least favorite out of the three), fish & chips (great!) & the Mac & cheese with the honey (favorite). It can get quite busy on nice summer days.
